1 Bedroom 2 bath Condo with Bunk room and sofa sleeper that sleeps 6 very comfortably. Very nicely decorated with amenities that other condos do not have such as Jacuzzi tub, fireplace, and dual head shower. The unit has tile with bamboo flooring in living/dining area, carpet in Master bedroom. Each rental includes 2 beach chairs w/ umbrella and cooler for the beach.
Mariner East is a gem of a complex that is ALWAYS in high demand. It is a 6 story complex with 58 units and a family type environment. This leaves several hundred yards of beach with no competing crowds. It’s very nice to have your own piece of the Worlds Most Beautiful beaches. Mariner East has a fitness room, pool table, heated pool, shuffle board, tennis, basketball area, sand volleyball, and jet ski/parasail/banana boat rental booth on the beach. World class restaurants such as Capt Anderson’s, Boatyard, and Schooners with in 1 mile. Pier Park for shopping, eating, and family amusement within 15 minutes.
The condo is beautifully decorated and has a large master bedroom with a KING size bed with brand new pillow top mattress. It also has nice high end furniture with multiple dressers, a large flat screen TV and DVD/VCR player. The master bath has jetted Jacuzzi tub and shower. There are closets in both the bedroom and adjacent hall as well as the dresser gives you plenty of space for your belongings. The bunk room has twin size bunks, with flat screen television and small closet for belongings. The bunk room has its own door for privacy which is not seen in other condos. The second bath is a full bath with a dual shower head shower for more than one to enjoy. The dual faucets are great to wash those sandy feet.
The kitchen is fully equipped with serving for 8+, stove, fridge, dishwasher, blender, toaster, coffee maker, and all the kitchen amenities you need. It has a breakfast bar that seats two. The dining area seats four and the living room is large with beautiful bamboo wood flooring, a fireplace which is not seen in most units on the beach, a sofa sleeper, love seat, and recliner. It has a large flat screen HDTV with DVD, and stereo system with surround sound. The view is wonderful from the living room area and leads out to the large balcony. Have any meal on your private balcony and watch the sun set while enjoying company and a glass of wine. Also have your own laundry room with full size washer and dryer.

very well equipped. If you like to cook-in there is wonderfully equipped kitchen. Views are awesome and grounds very well maintained. Owners of this unit very good to work with. Great AV equipment in every room. Highly recommend it.Recommended for: Age 55+.

came to celebrate 46th wedding anniversary everything was great plenty of amenities,nice quiet condo with family atmosphere shawn and jen have a beautiful relaxing condo. plan to return often thanks for sharing it with us..you cant go wrong with this condo and owners are amazing.have stayed in this condo complex many times 1st time in this unit well worth the pricewoul recommend to friends and family .Recommended for: Romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, adventure seekers, sightseeing, families with young children, age 55+.

This is a beautiful condo right on the ocean,with big balcony and grill. Very clean and comfortable,with all the accommodations.Located near several restaurants. My husband,friend and I stayed 3 nights and had the best time!Plan on going again soon! I would recommend this condo to anyone for a special romantic get away,or family vacation.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing, families with young children, age 55+.

Shawn and Jen, We enjoyed our stay so much. It was the perfect weekend trip for Savannah's 18th birthday. I love the "family" environment very much. I love the location on Thomas Drive b/c it is out of the "tourist" traffic but close enough to be there in no time. It is the perfect place for a romantic weekend or a family getaway. Thank you for letting us stay there and we look forward to staying again really really soon. About the owner: My wife and I have always dreamed about being condo owners in Panama City Beach and now God has blessed us with this beautiful condo on the Worlds Most Beautiful Beaches. We are hard working blue collar workers who love to get away from the hustle and bustle and relax on the beach. I am a Air Force member/veteran and my wife works as a counselor. We have worked hard to be owners and now want to share our condo with friends, family, and soon to be new friends. Believe me after staying here one time you will come back. We hope you enjoy the condo as much as we do.
Why the Owner Chose Mariner East:
Mariner East is a small condo plex with 58 units. The unit is 1000 square feet with alot of privacy both on the beach and pool area. There are no crowds to fight here. Our unit is unique b/c we have a fireplace, jacuzzi tub, bunk room, and dual shower head in one of the bathrooms which no other unit has.
