This beautiful luxury villa overlooking Pollensa Golf Course with views extending to the sea is only a short walk from the Golf Club, 1km from Son Brull Hotel/Spa, a short 3 mintute drive to Pollensa town & 7 minutes to several stunning beaches. An upstairs lounge with stocked library makes the most of the views with a fabulous picture window, the downstairs lounge has a large flat screen TV, satalite tv and DVD. The house is fully air-conditioned and has underfloor heating along with inverter heaters for cooler months. The covered terrace is comfortably furnished and you can enjoy the wonderful views while working the BBQ. The terrace also overlooks the huge private saline infinity pool and decked area. All gets plenty of sun, but shade can be had on the terrace with electric sun blinds. An enclosed garden area below to pool deck is a good place for children to play. All furnishings are top quality made to measure by renowned decorator Paco Teran. The master bedroom boasts a large terrace, 2 bedrooms have balconies and the views are to die for.

This is a fantastic villa which is very well apointed with all the latest appliances etc. This is the second year we have spent our holidays here and have had a superb time. The owners are very friendly and provide excellent customer service. If you are looking for luxury accommodation that couldn't be better situated between golf, restaurants in the Old Town and the beach then we suggest that this Villa is for you!!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.
