Upon arriving at this gracious home, you are greeted by a private courtyard and bubbling fountain. French doors lead to the foyer area. Off of the foyer you will find a half bath, formal living room, dining area that seat 12 comfortably, a media room, and a large kitchen and breakfast area. You can access the large pool area from the living room and also the kitchen area. The kitchen has been renovated and boasts and over sized Sub Zero Refrigerator and Freezer. The kitchen features granite counter tops and rich plum color cabinets!
On this level you will find 4 of the bedrooms. To the right of the foyer is a bedroom with a king size bed. This room features access to the pool area as well as a TV, private bath with a step in shower. There is also another bedroom with a king size bed on this side as well. This room features a TV and a private bath with a step in shower.
To the left of the foyer and down a small hallway, you will find 2 bedrooms each furnished with 2 twins each. Each bedroom features a TV, a private bath with a tub/shower combo and a sliding glass door accessing the pool area.
Off of this hall area and down a few stairs you will find a small sitting area furnished with a sofa and a TV and DVD player. Off of this den, is a large bedroom furnished with 2 queen size beds. This bedroom has access to a hall bath with a step in shower and also a TV and DVD player.
On the second floor of the home you will the final 2 bedrooms. At the top of the stairs is a small office/den area. There is a desk overlooking the ocean and loveseat and a TV and DVD player. The large master suite is located off of this den area. This bedroom is furnished with a king size bed, large picture windows overlooking the ocean and pool area and a large en suite bathroom featuring a jacuzzi tub, glass block shower, double vanities and a separate water closet. This bedroom also features a large walk in closet.
From the 2nd floor den area, you have access to a large open deck overlooking the Atlantic Ocean and a spiral staircase to the pool area. Off of this outside deck area you will find the final bedroom! A delightful suite that is completely private from the rest of the house. This bedroom is furnished with a king size bed, private bath with a step-in shower and a TV/DVD combo.
•FREE Hot Tub Heat year round-Hot Tub is separate in a gazebo next to the pool.
• The property includes one FREE hour of tennis per day at the South Beach Racquet Club for 2012.
