TRUE Ski on and Ski off... direct trail access to the popular Sachem Trail just steps from the door. The Sachem Trail runs directly along side of our home! This very spacious (3400 square foot) ski/mountain home is truly unique and very special.
Direct trail access, fantastic mountain views, and a tremendous amount of space make this mountain home truly unique and will make your vacation truly memorable. This home is great for multiple families, corporate funcitions and family re-unions.
The living room is lined with cedar and has a huge prow front windows facing the trails and offers great views of several mountain ranges and the surrounding valley towns. The center fireplace, 19 foot cathedral ceiling, and comfortable seating makes this room a great gathering place after your day on the slopes. The living room has an entertainment center with a big-screen plams High Definition cable TV, DVD, VCR, stereo. Premium HBO cable channels are included.
The Country Kitchen is FULLY equipped and has a breakfast bar counter, a center island, Jenn-Air cook top, wall oven, and microwave. Cookware, flatware and dishware will accommodate the largest of groups. The Country Dining Room is a very spacious dining area with a banquet table, a second table and counter stools. This dining area will seat up to 29 persons.
The family room is almost as large as the living room and has an additional entertainment center. The ski room is a great area for storing skis and ski wear. The many closets make it easy to keep your ski gear neat and organized. This room also has an antique church pew to make dressing into ski-wear much easier. The Vestibule is a large area that connects the ski room to the garage. A full sized laundry room has a large capacity washer and dryer.
The master suite is very large and has a king-size sleigh bed, twin sleeper bed, entertainment armoire (cable TV, DVD and VCR), and a nice array of high quality furniture. The suite has a dressing room, and master bath with Jacuzzi, separate shower and two sinks. The guest room has a queen-size bed, TV and a very large closet. Bedroom three sleeps four on two sets of sturdy bunks. Bedroom four has two twin beds and a very large closet. The new loft will sleep two on two twin beds. A TV and VCR are located in the loft as well. Kids love this space!!
BABY FRIENDLY: In addition to a baby crib, we also have a Graco Porta-Crib, and a high chair.
Broadband access the internet on your computer via our Ethernet jack or from anywhere in our home with our WIRELESS MODEM. A desk area is also provided for those who cannot leave work completely behind.
We have also added a Foosball table (regulation-size)!

Please note that there is an adjoinable luxury apartment that can be combined with the main home for a super-large 7 bedroom plus loft home with four full and two half baths, that will sleep 20 to 29! We just returned from a wonderful 4-day/3-night stay in Okemo. There were 7 adults and one toddler and the house was spectacular. The skiers loved the easy trail access and the last run of the day into the front yard of the house - including ski jump. As the only non-skier, I relaxed and took in the picture-postcard views from the many windows on the main floor. Fireplace was terrific - the swirling sparks entertained us. We'll definitely be back again.

"Your house is very special and awesome. The location is perfect and very accessible to many areas of the Mountains. My family did a multitude of things and everyone had a place to sleep. Phil, we had a great time at your home. It was awesome. We have never stayed in a ski on ski off, it sure does save a lot of time and energy. The place was great and my parents were there ( 86 and 85 years old). We put them in the master bedroom and that worked out fine....Thanks again, your place was beautiful. I have never been to a place where there were so many pots and pans, we like to cook, so it was a lot of fun.
