Wonderful time was had by our family. Plenty of room for my husband, our grown daughter and I. Spent everyday hiking in Banff area. Great to have the Park Pass and a well equipped kitchen. Condo was very clean and comfortably decorated. Condo looked just like photos. Maps and restaurant list were very helpful. Check in and check out easy. Would happily return and recommend it to friends and relatives. Thank you Irene for a great stay.

Hiking & Biking adventure
Hiking & Biking adventure
This is one of the best family accomadations we have stayed in! We had our grand children stay with us bettween hikes in Kananaskis and the Ha lin above the Dam. The deck is a nice size for family dinners, and enjoying a morning coffee. It The mountain views were never tiring, and Irene and Randy were helpful when we did run into a small situtation. We would definitely stay again.

We had a great time, we rented the place with another couple it was perfect for 2 couples. It was better than the pictures indicated on the website, very nice and clean. Big balcony for the 4 of us to relax after the long day of golfing, hiking and site seeing. The owner was very nice, he provided maps and trails to hike, suggested golf courses to play Silver Tip and Stewart Creek, even quick out of town directions from Calgary Airport. Park pass was included so it made it very easy for us to go back and forth to the Park, as we dined mostly in Banff. Kitchen was fully equipped, although we mostly had breakfast at the condo and wine and cheese in the evening. We will certainly return and stay here, also recommend to our family and friends.

Great condo, town and host
Great condo, town and host
We arrived in Canmore just one day after the Trans Canada highway was opened for traffic. 10 days before a flood hit Canmore and Calgary. Our Host Trevor was very helpful with logistics, finding the best trails to hike, and offered help in every way possible. The condo was in great shape perfect 2 couples. Due to the flood the pool was closed and we needed to drink only bottled water. Also many of the roads were closed around the Canmore area. Despite that we had a wonderful time. We hiked every day in some of the most beautiful scenery I've ever seen, swam in clear and cold lakes and celebrated Canada Day with the town of Canmore. The people are wonderful. Even if you cannot stay at this perfect condo I suggest you stay in Canmore. It's a great place!

Thanks for the great place. We had a wonderful time. When we come this way again we hope we can stay at your place and will recommend it to anyone traveling to the Banff area. Spent a fun Canada Day in town, swam in the Quarry and watched the parade and fireworks.

Excellent stay, would thoroughly recommend
My wife and I had a lovely two week stay. Condo is well located, very comfortable and has everything you require for a self catering stay. If we were to visit Canmore again in the future, we would stay here again without hesitation.

The owner was great to work with. Our arrival was seamless and all 4 of us were pleasantly surprised by the quality of accommodation, kitchenware, balcony and cleanliness. All instructions on/in the suite were easy to understand. The availability of movies was a huge surprise, even though we did not use any - but what a choice! Should we stay in Canmore again, we will definitely return and at least recommend it to others.

This was a great place to stay! We really enjoyed our visit and would definitely stay here again. It was very family friendly, cozy and comfortable. All the comforts of home with a fantastic view of the mountains! We loved hanging out in the hot tub after walking on Canmore's great trails. Would definitely recommend staying here.

A relaxing mountain retreat!
A relaxing mountain retreat!
We enjoyed a wonderful weekend getaway at this condo. The condo is spacious, but with a cozy, mountain feel. It's a great location...and equipped with everything you need for a relaxing, and comfortable stay. We especially enjoyed the outdoor hot tub, and the extensive movie collection! It was great to stay in, make a good meal, snuggle up with the fireplace on and enjoy a movie night. The condo is a short walk to quaint downtown Canmore, with great shopping and restaurants. Also a short drive to world class skiing in and around Banff. (We had amazing snow at Sunshine!) The outdoor balcony is huge- and would be a fantastic space for a summer visit. The owners are great to deal with...and no detail is overlooked in this condo. We hope to stay again. Highly recommended.

I stayed in the condo with my wife and three younger kids, and we had a great time. The space was nice and well laid out for a family with kids, as well as very clean. There were plenty of amenities in the kitchen and the rooms that were appreciated and that you would not find in a typical condo hotel space - the park pass was great, and having a BBQ on the deck was a nice touch! Of course the favorite for the kids was the outdoor hot pool which is such a unique idea, as it was probably -10C outside but the pool was warm and toasty!! All this added with the charm of Canmore and the incredible hikes (plenty of easy and challenging hikes around the area) made for a great mini vacation away...

About the owner: This is a family owned vacation property. We have lived in Alberta our whole lives. We have travelled around the world and have seen many sights. Every time we come back to Canmore we feel blessed to have such close access to one of the most beautiful, scenic places on earth.
Why the Owner Chose Canmore:
Our family lives approximately 4 hours from Canmore. Over the years, we have spent a lot of time hiking, fishing, skiing, and golfing here. Due to this, we finally decided to take the next step and purchase our own little piece of paradise. Due to the amount of time we've spent in this region, we can provide many helpful suggestions to our guests so they can make the most of their visit to this region.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
We love the amenities that The Lodges provides. After an active day outdoors, we return to have showers and fire up the bbq to grill some great Alberta beef. We then like to go for a swim in the outdoor heated pool or just lounge in one of the three hot tubs. In the summer, we then sit on our large patio and converse while drinking a glass of wine all the while enjoying the view. In the winter, we pop some popcorn, turn on the tv, choose a dvd from our library, and watch it while sitting by the fire. For those that can't stay awake long enough to watch the movie, our bedrooms are on the opposite end of the unit so they can retire for the night and those choosing to stay for the movie don't have to worry about turning down the sound. During ski season, the underground parking is a bonus as we don't have to spend time warming up our car and brushing snow. This is a vacation property for our family far above being an investment property. Our guests can be assured that we have furnished this place to how we expect in our own homes. We are certain that our guests will feel at home the minute they put down their suitcases.
