Our home is one level and totally remodeled with high end finishes. Large Great Room with beautiful vistas from every window and French door, remote operated gas fireplace, Fabulous chef's kitchen with 2 dishwashers and 2 sinks, Viking range and refrigerator, Pizza Oven, plus a separate pantry with a 3rd sink and second SubZero built in fridge.
There are two bedroom suites - one is a king suite and the other is a queen suite. The two bedroom suites are on opposite ends of the residence affording privacy for our guests. There is a ample sized third bedroom which is set up as an office with iMac, printers, and fax.
Entire home has dark hardwood floors - no carpet. Laundry room is off the king master suite bath.
There is a hot tub with outdoor shower, and gazebo area, for relaxing, and a stone veranda off the Great Room with a table that seats 6 easily (or can accommodate 8). Both areas have beautiful settings and are totally private. The property has beautiful gardens, roses, etc.
The views are soothing and gorgeous!

My family and I loved staying at this beautiful home tucked away in Mill Valley. The property is perfectly taken care of; extremely clean, impeccably decorated and beautifully landscaped, you can tell this place is not just a house, but a loved home. We instantly felt comfortable. The beds are cozy, the kitchen has everything (and more) and the hot tub was a great bonus. I highly recommend the property - we can't wait to go back!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

We are a married couple with a nine month old that stayed at Debby's house in Mill Valley for the Thanksgiving week, including the holiday. Some friends joined us for two nights. We had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this property. The home is very well appointed, clean, stylish, modern, comfortable, and spacious. Debby was fantastic to work with and thought of every detail. She left detailed maps of the kitchen, which came in very handy. She also left out the Thanksgiving items we needed, such as the roasting pan, to make our holiday meal preparation easier. She was easy to get a hold of and very responsive to questions. The kitchen is a pleasure to cook in with two sinks and a phenomenal six burner Viking stove. There are two refrigerators, which was great for the holiday feast. Mill Valley is a great location as it is centrally located between the Wine Country, the coast, San Francisco, and the Bay Area in general. Debby gave us directions to a really nice hike that we enjoyed very much. We also went to Muir Beach and drove along the scenic highway. The Corte Madera mall is close if you like shopping. There is a Whole Foods in Mill Valley and great boutique shopping in the town of Mill Valley. The property is very quiet and peaceful and the description on the VRBO site is accurate. The beds were comfortable. There is no bathtub, but a great hot tub and two large shower stalls. We are fairly picky travelers, especially for cleanliness and we were very comfortable at this property. All in all, a great place that we would definitely return to.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers, pet owners, adventure seekers, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

About the owner: We live in Mill Valley and St. Helena, Ca. and split our time in both beautiful places. We have been renting our house in St. Helena (Wine Country - VRBO #389510)) for the past 5 years. We are now moving to San Francisco so have decided to offer our home in Mill Valley through VRBO.
Why the Owner Chose Mill Valley:
This property is beautiful and we provide an immaculate environment - no junk, no clutter, etc. and it is perfectly maintained in all respects. The closets are empty for our guests to use. The house is close to just about everything you could want, whether it is in Marin County or San Francisco. There is so much available to do here that one really cannot get bored! Hiking, Biking, Cayaking, Sailing, The Bay, The City of San Francisico and the quaint town of Mill Valley and Sausalito.
