Close to Lake of the Ozarks State Park with accessible boat ramps. 12X30 boat slip located just down the steps so you can keep your boat/jet ski there the length of your stay or rent a boat at nearby marinas if you like.
Large living room with coach and love seat in front of a plasma screen TV and fire place. Fully updated kitchen with everything you need including fridge/ice maker, oven, microwave, sink, pots/pans/dishes/utensils. Kitchen table seats 6. Deck off the kitchen with seating and gas grill. From the deck you will have a birds eye view of the large pool as well as a nice view of the lake itself. Master bedroom with a king sized bed, TV, and full private bathroom. 2nd bedroom with two double beds and TV. 2nd full bathroom.
You won't beat the location. Can walk to outlet mall. By car just off the 54 Expressway/Passover Exit. By boat right at the intersection of the Grand Glaize Arm and the main/Osage channel.
