Beautiful three bedroom - three bath beach house with a view of the Gulf and Lake. This home is situated in the Private/Gated Community of Carillon Beach with 24 hour security. Carillon offers a Chapel, Bell Tower (which rings at Sunset), Eight Dune Walkovers to Private Beaches, Coffee Shop, Castaways (Restaurant), and a General Store with Beach rentals.
Last Call has been newly remodeled and decorated in 2012. The beautiful hardwood floors, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, lighting and furnishings give this home a comfortably classic ambiance. Situated just steps away from the Gulf Beaches, Park with Playground, Tennis Court and One of Three Pools.
Carillon Beach's sidewalks are lined with white pickets fences and beautiful shade trees. This is a family-friendly vacation destination. Children can walk, ride bikes through out the community or go to the playground.
Three stories of living provides generous space for family and friends together or escape to your own private sitting or napping area. The third floor 'Crows Nest' offers a panoramic view of the Gulf.
Upon your arrival to 'Last Call' you will created by our local house attendant; who will be able to answer any questions you may have during your visit. Golf Carts, Kayaks, Bicycles and more can be rented from Carillon Beach for use on premise in accordance with the HOA guidelines.

The Last Call beach house is absolutely gorgeous. We have been staying at Carillon Beach since 2002 and rank this house as one of our favorites. The separate living area upstairs was perfect for the teenagers to watch tv and play video games as the adults enjoyed our area downstairs The location of this house is a few steps from one of the 3 pools in Carillon and the beach. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans and cooking utencils. The bathrooms had plenty of towels, wash cloths and beach towels. Also, I believe this house is one of the best values in Carillon. Jodi, the property manager was a joy to work with.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.
