Year Purchased: 2003
About the owner: After retiring as an airline pilot, we spent 10 years travelling the world. We settled in Highland Woods Golf and Country Club, before moving north of Tampa, FL. We still visit most every month that it isn't rented.
Why the Owner Chose Highland Woods:
Great weather! Bonita Spring is far enough south to miss the winter weather that central and northern Florida gets. We have had the same renters for the last four years, but a last minute medical emergency prevented them from returning this year. As you can see, it is priced below market.
