This house has a surround deck with wide ocean views from almost every room. There are private beach rights with parking or you can easily take a five minute walk to the beach It is family friendly with a full kitchen and barbeque. You can eat out on the deck while viewing the Atlantic ocean or enjoy dinner out at many nearby restaurants. There are 3 bedrooms, and a lower floor which can be used as an additional leisure room which can also sleep an additional 3 people. There are 3 full baths and an outside shower.

The location of this Hither Hills home offers spectacular ocean views and is very close to the town of Montauk. We spent a considerable amount of time on the outdoor deck enjoying the landscape and ocean views. In the past we rented east of town, off of West Lake Drive, which does not compare to this location. We did a lot of walking and running in the area. A private beach is a short walk down the street which made it easy to go back and forth. The house is clean and well maintained and comfortable. The outdoor shower was a big hit for our group, men, women and kids alike. The owners are great people and want to ensure that the tenants are happy. We had a great week and thoroughly enjoyed staying here. I would recommend this home to anyone looking to spend time enjoying all of what Montauk has to offer.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers.
