Our condo is in the Snowdance Condominiums, literally just steps from 3000 incredible vertical feet of Colorado powder. The smoke-free unit sleeps seven comfortably: the master suite has a queen with attached bath, the second bedroom has a bunk bed and double futon with TV/VCR and can be closed off from the rest of the unit for greater privacy.
The roomy living area has a 15 foot vaulted ceiling, gas fireplace, queen futon sofa, cable TV/VCR with 100+ volume video library, stereo, CD player, WiFi access, and is decorated with warmth and charm.
The fully appointed kitchen has everything necessary for preparing great meals in the comfort of your own condo. Step through the living area onto the deck overlooking the river, wetlands, and wildflowers (or snowdrifts) below to prepare your burgers on the gas grill, revel in the sunset, and gaze at the peaks.
The Snowdance complex has a large, inviting hot tub facility to soak sore but satisfied well exercised muscles.

Reasonable price, but needs remodel

The unit was in fair condition, but needs a remodel to be acceptable for guests. Master bath had mold growing in the shower/tub. Neither vent fan worked in the bathrooms. The interior doors showed heavy use - one was broken, one had burn marks. Kitchen cookware was worn out - needed replacing. And, only one TV was connected to cable, and it was the only TV that played DVD's. The DVD player was an older version that cannot read some of the newer formats of DVD's (we bring our own movies). And, it wouldn't hurt to put flat screen TV's in the unit - they are inexpensive these days. And, I would prefer new soap and shampoo rather than opened. Hotel size would be fine. You never know what the previous tenant poured into the shampoo bottle. Overall, I wasn't disappointed, but it could really use a makeover. A little bit of renovation would go a long way toward keeping this unit occupied.

This has been a wonderful place to stay - the condo was great! I truly hope we can make this yearly tradition. The skiing was incredible this week. Lots of snow. Thanks so much for having this great condo to rent. We're not ready to go home!
