We had a wonderful short vacation our first visit to Anna Maria Island and stayed at this Bradenton Beach condo for 3 nights. This was absolutely everything we could have hoped for during our short retreat. We walked the beach, had the pool to ourselves, assuming it was a slow season this time of year, which we considered lucky for us. The beach and Gulf were just spectacular and we enjoyed every minute of our time here. We are already looking for the next time we can come back. This unit had everything we needed. We used the beach chairs, small cooler and loved sitting on the terrace looking at the beautiful view of the beach. Not a single complaint from my husband and I. I also made a mistake when booking and accidentally only booked 2 nights, thinking 23rd, 24th & 25th meant those nights. The owner and management were able to take a quick payment and not kick us out. Lucky for us! We had such a fun time and will definately be back to see all the other great things to see and do on the island that we missed do to our short time here.Recommended for: Sightseeing, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

We had a wonderfully relaxing two week holiday on Anna Maria Island. The condo was clean, well-maintained and close to everything we needed. We did have a car, but used the trolley several times. The location right on the beach was the highlight for us. We walked the beach right outside our door every morning (along with many others). The pool was also very nice...always some sun or shade available. It did help that we had amazing weather while there. We made use of the local grocery store and pharmacy, and only ate out a few times, but thoroughly enjoyed the town, beach, pool, shopping, pier, etc. We did travel to Sarasota to visit friends, Siesta Key, and shopping at St. Armand's Circle (highly recommended) but mostly wanted to relax. Travel off the island (or back) at busy times, can be very slow, since there is one road and only two bridges, but presumably you will be on holidays ! We did find storage, with one small closet, a little tight in the condo, but perhaps others would be more likely to use the vacuum, coolers, chairs, etc that are stored there. We would definitely recommend this for a couple on a relaxing beach vacation !Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+.

Cancellation policy:
1. Deposits are required to secure your reservation, the amount is 25% of the total price which includes the rental rate, 11.5% sales tax and exit cleaning fee. The deposit will be deducted from your final payment. Balance is due at least 1 day prior to your arrival. 2. The name that will appear on your credit card statement is By The C. ,LLC. 3. Arrivals and Departures: Check-In Time is 3:00pm and Check -Out Time is 11:00am. If you arrive after the downstairs office is closed, there is a Keybox to the right of the office door where your keys will be located. The resort is located at 2412 Gulf Drive North, Bradenton Beach, fl 34217. 4. Refunds: I will send you a full refund for your deposit via company check for situations out of your control: health, local hurricanes, family emergencies. No refunds will be given for no shows or early departures. 5. Pets are not permitted in my condos as the resort has a no pet policy. There is a $100.00 charge if a violation occurs. 6. Smoking is not permitted inside the condos. You may smoke on your private balcony or around the pool. There is a $100.00 charge if a violation occurs. 7. Please note that the daily and weekly rates are subject to a surcharge during Holiday periods which includes the periods listed below: Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's Eve. 8. The maximum occupancy is a party of 4 in each studio.
