This amazing waterfront home has everything you could imagine to make your family vacation a memorable one. Located in Orange County, California, this beautiful 2 story home is located waterfront on the Harbour, and just a few steps to the golden sands of Sunset Beach. Your vacation home overlooks the Harbour with views of the Ocean, Harbour and Mountains. Listen to the waves crash from your vacation home or take a few steps to the sandy, wide, open coastline of Sunset Beach. Here you have the best of both worlds, if you don't want to be on the windy sand blowing beach you can relax in the sun on the Harbour and swim. This three bedroom, 2 3/4 bath home sleeps 8 in beds, with room for 10 people. Whether here to relax or play, you will enjoy ocean and harbor views from the kitchen, roof deck, family rooms, dining room, sitting area, balconies, and bedroom's.
Your vacation home is equipped with a gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances including oven, stove top, refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. You will appreciate cooking in the luxurious kitchen or BBQ'ing on the large deck space overlooking the peaceful waters with the fire pit on to keep you cozy at night.
After a fun day playing in the sun and surf, relax to a fire or a movie in the great room with a 48' LCD cable TV. The family room opens to a large balcony overlooking the water with the ocean breeze. Make sure to bring your iPod so you can listen to music on the iPod charger speaker system. The large windows makes the area bright and cheerful surrounded by water views.
Or if you choose to relax outside you can do so by sitting around the fire pit overlooking the water viewing the boaters, gondola's, paddlers, etc. go by the house.

Sitting area off the kitchen with french doors to the large deck. Couch turns into a Queen sofa bed for additional sleeping. With cable TV, PS3 Game and games and DVD.

Outside deck along the house has a table sitting for 6 with umbrella, 2 lounge chairs, 6 folding chairs to sit around the fire pit and 2 wood sitting chairs. The fire pit is large and perfect for relaxing with a glass of wine or making s'mores with the kids!

Our family of 6 travelled from Corindi Beach NSW Australia in March 2013 and stayed in this beautiful open plan living home on the harbour for 3 wonderful weeks. The beach home was exactly as stated in the ad and it felt like a 'Home away from Home' for our family. The home presentation and amenities was immaculate and just a 5 minute walk to sunset beach. The kids had a great time on the paddle boards, swimming and boating on the harbour. The owners and manangers made us feel so welcome and are the most delightful people to meet while on the other side of the world. Very helpful with directions, recommending good restaurants, shopping and sightseeing tours etc. We highly recommend this property to all travellers as it was central to all the major attractions in Los Angeles and is on the coast of Calfornia. It's essential to hire a car in Los Angeles CA to get to and from all the attractions though - we hired a dodge caravan car 7 seater and it was fantastic - we drove everywhere along the freeways and visited all major attractions in LA. We really enjoyed looking around Sunset Beach, Seal Beach & Huntington Beach which are surrounding areas close to accommodation. A bus service operates along the Pacific Coast Highway (walking distance) which we used couple of time when other family members used the car. We walked with our kids to restaurants, bars, beaches and shopping centres and loved every minute of it. Seal Beach town centre is 10 minute walk and has alfresco dining on the paved footpaths. We met our neighbours next door and they were the best ever, so friendly and just lovely people. It helped make our holiday - one that we'll always fondly remember. Suggestion! if you have'nt been to an ice hockey game go see one while in LA...the atmosphere was electric. This VRBO was the best. We had walking access to the beach and the tranquility of the harbor. This rental is like new, clean, and well stocked. We traveled to the battleship Iowa and enjoyed the beach. There are plenty of food establishments within walking distance and shopping and theere is plenty of family entertainment close by. Thanks Randall and Teri for the great accommodations. You're place was the best.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

We had a wonderful experience at this house. The view was spectacular, right on the canal. The home was clean and the kitchen was well equipped. The rooms were spacious and there were beautiful decks facing the canal. There was a gas fire pit on the deck which we did make use of. We would truly recommend staying here. Restaurants and beach were conveniently located nearby. We went to a wonderful wedding on the beach and the setting was great!Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway.
