Spacious, comfortably furnished 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhome in Springwood Villas. Newly renovated Kitchen is fully equipped including granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. Off the kitchen you'll find your new washer and dryer. Living room/dining room boasts two sofa's and chair, flat screen TV, computer desk, with FREE Internet, and dining table with seating for 6. Off the living room is your private balcony with table and chairs for four to sit and enjoy your morning coffee or an evening game of cards. The main level is completed with a hall closet and powder room. Upstairs you will find a large linen closet with extra sheets and towels as well as two spacious en suite bedrooms, each with two large closets. The master bedroom houses a king bed and the second you'll find a double and bunk beds. Plenty of room for your family and friends however, an auxiliary roll away bed is on hand should there be a need. The complex hosts a lovely swimming pool and sun deck with children’s pool and large lagoon with turtles, fish and birds! About the owner: My family has been vacationing in Hilton Head for the past 12 years religiously. It is just such a relaxing, beautiful place to escape to and enjoy. We originally and still have time shares on the island but finally decided to take the leap and purchase a year round, vacation property.
Why the Owner Chose Springwood Villas:
This property just had the best location and amenities we could ask for! Great space, multiple bathrooms, swimming pool, fitness center, walking to the beach. Really just a wonderful complex!
