The house is amazing. Very large and meticulously clean. We were met by the homeowner Cari (Carole and Calvin's son) who gave us a tour of the house and joined us for a game of golf after we settled in. The location in Southampton is perfect for access to the whole island. We have stayed in hotels in the area (Princess, Reefs) and this was by far a better solution for 6 men enjoying a golf/fishing getaway. Cari's suggestion for fishing with Captain Sinclair Lambe on his boat Megabucks was awesome. We had a great Wahoo & Tuna dinner back at the house. We golfed at Belmont, Port Royal and Riddles Bay and all were a treat. Fantastic time had by all!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I would recomend this house to anyone and we will return as soon as we can.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, people with disabilities, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

SHORT TERM RENTAL RULES CHECK-IN TIME IS AFTER 3 P.M. – CHECK-OUT IS 11 A.M. 1. The property is fully furnished and includes 4 bedroom and 2 bathrooms, kitchen, dining and laundry facility, with linen and towels included. 2. Standard Occupancy: The sleep standard number of people is limited to 8 persons. There is an additional charge of $80.00 per night for the 9th - the 12th person. 3. Maximum Occupancy: The sleep maximum number of people is limited to 12 people 4. Smoking: is allowed OUTSIDE only. 5. Pets are not permitted in rental units under any conditions 6. People other than those in the Guest party set forth above may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest. 7. Overnight Stays: Overnight stays are restricted to guests total listed on the short term rental agreement. Other persons visiting the guest at the dwelling are the sole responsibility of the guest and are not permitted to stay overnight. 8. Non-liability: All of the units are privately owned; the homeowners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise. 9. Furnishings: Keep the property and all furnishings in good order. 10. Appliances: Only use appliances for their intended uses. 11. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. If you require daily maid service there will be an additional cost for this service. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the units. 12. Water and Septic: There is ample water supply to the property but please exercise consideration when using the water. The septic system is very effective; however, it will clog if improper material is flushed. DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at any time. If it is found that feminine products have been flushed and clog the septic system, you could be charged damages for repair.

About the owner: We are Calvin and Carol Hassell. This is the home where we raised our daughter and our son. Our home was always filled with love, friends, good food and great times.
