It has a private, fenced back yard, with a large in-ground heated pool, and professionally landscaped yard with orange, grapefruit and banana trees. In season, pick your own fruit to enjoy right off the tree. This home offers two bedrooms and one full bath, along with a queen sized sleeper sofa in the living room on the main/upper floor of the house. It also has a one bedroom, one bath studio with full kitchen and a separate sleeper sofa on the lower level of the house. Rent the main floor, which can accommodate a maximum of 6, or include the studio with room for 4. Maximum occupancy in the home, when renting both units, is restricted to 8 persons. This home is great for two families who want to be together, but don't want to share full accommodations.

When proceeding through the sunroom the first thing you'll notice is the elegant, state-of-the-art kitchen. It's appointed with top quality, stainless steel appliances and beautiful maple cabinetry. The large, convection oven will bring out the gourmet cook in everyone. Enjoy the views of the Gulf of Mexico while preparing your meals.
Be careful not to burn dinner, as the views are captivating. We've tried to provide you with every possible amenity you could need or want in this kitchen. The large, side-by-side fridge is equipped with filtered water and ice in the door. Of course there is a dishwasher to make clean up a breeze and get you back to the beach faster.
The great room consists of the kitchen, breakfast bar, dining room, living room and office area. The views of the Gulf of Mexico from this central point of the house are fabulous! The wall of windows across the front provides you with beautiful views of the beach, and gentle Gulf breezes. Our great room is a place where you can watch a movie on the DVD player, or your favorite program on the large screen TV. Listen to a CD on the stereo, read a good book, hook up to the internet, or just watch the daily happenings of beach life go by.
Rest comfortably in the master bedroom on the king size bed. This room overlooks the pool and has its own in-room TV with DVD and CD player. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed, views of the pool, TV and CD player. The living room sofa converts to a queen sized bed if you need an additional sleeping area for up to two more guests.
The full bathroom is spacious and light. It has beautiful maple cabinetry, with a granite counter, and a large walk-in shower.
Enjoy the upper, exterior deck off the sunroom. Cook your meals on the large grill, while sitting above rooftops, looking out over the island and backyard.
The studio has also been completely remodelled. It's elegant, light and airy. With a queen size, murphy bed, full kitchen with fridge, dishwasher, stove, microwave, and all amenities, you have a great separate apartment. It also has a dining area, living room with queen size sleeper sofa, 42" LCD Flat Screen TV, Bose Home Theater system, full bathroom, and separate patio sitting area. It overlooks the pool and backyard.
Sunbathe in the privacy of the fully fenced back yard. Cool off in the large, in-ground heated pool. Enjoy walks on the beach where you can see the dolphins playing and collect shells and sand dollars. Take a moonlit stroll and watch for the iridescent waters in the lagoon.
Southern Exposure also comes with full concierge services. Our concierge will handle everything for you, from buying groceries, picking up theatre tickets, renting boats and Harley's, to arranging an in-house massage. We also offer special occasion items.
