Why the Owner Chose Sparrow Pond
We have vacationed on Kiawah Island since 1983. The Sparrow Pond area of the island is very family oriented. Our children grew up vacationing on this part of Kiawah. We love it here and know you will too!
The Unique Benefits at this Cottage
The beach is not crowded at all, even during the summer months! Any part of the year is fantastic on Kiawah. If you visit between October and March, you might find yourself alone on the beach!

We've been home less than a week from our vacation in Kiawah Island and already we're hoping to go back next year. We had one of the nicest vacations yet at Kiawah and your cottage certainly helped that. What a cozy, warm, well-equipped cottage.
