Unassuming from the outside, but as you walk inside you are instantly reminded of a Mediterranean villa boasting classic old world style This three bedroom, two and a half bath townhome is a perfect villa style retreat with warm ambiance, dark woods and stunning tilework.
There is a bedroom on the first floor with a queen size bed. A sliding glass door gives you access to the fabulous flagstone patio and lovely outdoor area. There is a full bathroom on the same floor.
The second floor is a gorgeous open floor plan with the kitchen, dining and living rooms. The large open living space features arched doorways, shuttered windows, hardwoods, rich decor and furnishings. Comfortable seating area with fireplace, large flat screen television with cable, wireless internet access and local telephone service provide you all the basics of home. A spacious, fully equipped kitchen with beautiful cherry cabinetry and granite countertops will allow you to cook to your heart's content!
The third floor of the home offers two bedrooms and a full bathroom. The queen size bedroom has a balcony which offers you a peek at Mt. Rainier on a clear day. The other bedroom has two twin beds which can be made into a king size bed upon your request. High ceilings, rustic woods and warm tones add to the Tuscan style of this gorgeous home.
Perfect West Seattle location- close to The Junction, boutique shopping, restaurants and nightlife. Less than a mile to Puget Sound and Elliot Bay and the beaches of Alki and Lincoln Park.

Reviewer Comments: Although the typical Seattle townhouse arrangement of 1 BR down and 2 up means a lot of stair climbing, we liked the welll-equipped kitchen and great room. My own home is less than 1,000 square feet, so I only had a few extra places to sleep. Because this was my family visiting, I wanted them to be comfortable. I was hoping this VRBO would provide them comfort in a great location. It was everything I hoped it would be. My family was very satisfied with the property and extremely satisfied with the location to the Alaska Junction and easy travel routes to downtown. Quick access to downtown, ate a lot in China town, if you have kids don't miss the Science Center downtown.
