THIS IS A SEASONAL RENTAL FOR THE SKI SEASON EXTENDING FROM JANUARY1 to MARCH 31. THE RENTAL FOR THE SEASON IS $7,500 WITH $2,500 DUE ON CONTRACT SIGNING AND THE REMAINDER DUE WHEN THE RENTER TAKES OCCUPANCY OF THE HOUSE. Owner supplies a full oil tank at the start of the rental and will arrange a monthly fuel delivery to be paid by the renter.Owner also supplies a full cord of firewood.Renter pays for snowplowing of driveway.

Year Purchased: 1973
About the owner: Upon returning from several years living Asia in the late 60's and early '70's, we acquired a barn. In 1972 we had it disassembled and moved the materials to our site.
Why the Owner Chose Fayston:
We bought the property because we loved the area and enjoyed skiing. We came to enjoy the summers as much as the winters in the Valley and met several families with children the same ages as ours. We spent all long weekends and school vacations in Fayston with family and friends,

The site of our home is spectacular with views of 180 degrees; we also appreciate the privacy of 8 acres on a dirt road that dead-ends. There are many nature walks and places to enjoy peace and quiet, yet it is close to the village.
