This newly constructed 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath Northstar custom home features expansive Martis Valley views from every room! The entry level welcomes you to a vaulted two story living room with stacked stone gas fireplace, beautiful hardwood floors and floor to ceiling windows framing the spectacular valley views. The large dining room easily seats 10 and opens to the furnished deck with gas BBQ. The adjacent granite kitchen and massive island caters to the most discriminating chef. The kitchen boasts top of the line appliances, wine refrigerator and extra cooler drawers for refreshments. The roomy master bedroom with king size bed and on-suite bath share this level. The lower level opens to a spacious family room with cozy sectional couch, 60 inch flat screen TV, gas fireplace, game table and piano - perfect lounging area for movie and game nights. Three bedrooms, an office and two baths complete the downstairs level. The first bedroom has a king bed and on-suite bath with over sized slate tiled shower. The second bedroom has a queen custom log bed with french doors accessing the lower deck. The third bedroom is a bunk room that sleeps four. The large level driveway accommodates four cars. Enjoy the convenience of the free Northstar Resort shuttle service which provides transportation to the Ski lifts, Village and Recreation Center. This service is especially convenient for large groups - everyone can come and go on his/her own time schedule. This property offers access to the Northstar Recreation Center. In the summer, guests will also enjoy the Junior Olympic size swimming pool, kiddie pool, lap pool, kid’s camp, play area and the Snack Shack.
Winter activities at Northstar Resort include the new Lookout Mountain offering acres of new terrain for skiers and snowboarders including a Terrain Park and Super Pipe. There is a cross-country center, snow tubing park, ice skating rink, restaurants, bars, retail shops, equipment rental shops and licensed day care.
Summer activities include a champion 18-hole golf course and golf pro, tennis courts, tennis pro available for lessons, roller skating rink, mountain bike trails including chair lift to take you to the top and equestrian center with great trails for horseback riding.
