The Village of Country Club Hills is conveniently located near Spanish Springs Town Square. The Town Squares are one of the most popular attractions of The Villages. You'll find shopping, restaurants, movie theaters, and free live entertainment nightly! You're about a 5 minute golf cart ride to La Plaza Grande Shopping Center where you'll find Pub-lix for grocery needs, Walgreens Pharmacy, banking, Bealls Outlet, restaurants and more. You are also minutes by golf cart to Silver Lake Village Recreation Center where you'll find a family friendly swimming pool, billiards room, card/board game rooms, tennis and pickle-ball courts, bocce ball, shuffleboard and horseshoe pits, and Orange Blossom Hills Country Club with championship golfing, golf pro shop and a restaurant open for lunch and dinner. And if you're looking for more activities..you're about a 3 minute golf cart ride to Paradise Regional Recreation Center where you'll find many organized activities, arts & crafts room, sport swimming pool, tennis & pickle ball courts and so much more.
You'll feel welcomed and relaxed as soon you open the front door to your home away from home. This home is beautifully decorated with a large screened in front port with acrylic windows if it gets to cool outside. Here you will find a table that seats 4 and comfortable seats if you want to just relax in the warm sun or read the morning paper with your coffee or juice. It's also a great place to sit and relax at the end of a busy day of activities here in the Villages. The kitchen is complete with everything you'll need to prepare and serve meals with newer appliances. (If you choose to cook...there are so many wonderful restaurants in The Villages) The Living room offers plenty of comfortable seating if your entertaining friends or family or just enjoying your favorite television shows on the TV. The master bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed, large closet, and a private master bath. The master bath offers a walk in shower. The guest bedroom has 2 comfortable twin beds and a flat screen TV for your guests enjoyment. The bedrooms and both bathrooms are set up with extra towels and linens.
This home comes complete with Golf Cart, Internet and two Village resident ID cards (for monthly or longer rentals). With the Village resident ID card you can use any of the 29 executive golf courses with no greens fees. And these executive golf courses are not your typical 'pitch & putts'. They present some challenging par 3s and the occasional par 4, with three sets of tee boxes to accommodate golfers of different skill levels. You pay resident rates on greens fees at the 11 Championship courses. You're also entitled to use any of the family friendly and adult only (30 or older) swimming pools, organized activity swimming pools, bocce ball, shuffleboard courts, horseshoe pits, billiards tables, tennis & pickle ball courts, basketball courts, sand volley ball and over 1000 organized activities every week through the recreational centers.

Weekly rates DO NOT INCLUDE Resident ID cards - an additional $50 will be added to the rental rate for ID cards
Reservation deposit is due within 7 days of booking. Amount varies depending upon the length of stay. Reservation deposit will be applied to the rent.
Balance of rent, cleaning fee and security deposit are due within 30 days of the check in date.
Security fee is refundable within 10 days of the checkout date after a walk thru and inventory check.
Additional Fees and Taxes:
Cleaning fee of $85 will be added to all reservations
Sales Tax (9%) is included in the rental rate
