If you have a large group and want a bit of separation, this property is for you!! This is a 2 unit duplex (and you get the entire duplex) sitting on the sand in Oceanside. The upper duplex has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, and the lower duplex has 4 bedrooms, and 3 baths. Each has a full living room, full kitchen, large balconies overlooking the ocean, and then share a large beachfront patio with two private spas! Sitting directly on the Pacific Ocean, all you have to do is walk out your back door and you are on the beach. Relax on the patio and still be able to keep on eye on the kids playing on the beach. This home is fully-furnished and professionally decorated. The kitchens and living rooms open up to the large beachfront balconies, perfect for just hanging out, sitting and watching the sunset. There are two master bedrooms, each with their own en-suite bath.
This home is located in the coastal town of Oceanside, where the beaches are nothing short of spectacular, with wide sandy beaches and gorgeous waters year-round. After a day at the beach, take a walk to the pier perhaps, wander down and either watch the surfers, go fishing, or take a sail boat out at the harbor. When it is time for dinner, there is an endless amount of delicious restaurants and cafes for you to choose from, but many choose to cook their meals at the vacation rental. Life doesn't get much better than having your close friends and family around, enjoying a glass of wine, preparing a scrumptious meal as you watch the sun go down on the horizon of the Pacific Ocean Fall asleep to the sound of the lulling waves, wake up and do it again.
This vacation rental is a home away from home. Each room has character and everything is professionally decorated. Rating Details: I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was more than happy with the location. The vacation rental was spotless. The property manager was very helpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property worked perfectly for our group, with a large lower living area for the young folks and a separate, smaller area upstairs for the older folks. It was clean and everything worked exactly as expected, with lots of TV's and DVD players and beautiful bathrooms. I wish the check-out time weren't so early, though. Rating Details: I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was very happy with the location. The vacation rental was very clean. The property manager was more than helpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location. Weather could have been better but we had 5 dry days. We rented both condos for 12 adults and 9 children...the units are set up to better accomodate, 9 adults and 12 children and one family in our group ended up going to a motel. I would recommend this rental but check the sleeping arrangements if you have a large family group. Manager responded on 1/21/2013: Oonagh, Thank you for your review. We are sorry that one of your party memebers ended up in a motel. We do try and match groups to the best property for them, by going over floorplans, bedding options, etc. If a group is ever in need of an extra bed due to bedding configurations, we are always happy to provide a blow up mattress. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location and the 2 condos worked out well for us. We had a great vacation there. Several suggestions: --supply more TP – there was only 1 roll per bathroom --wine glasses that fit in the dishwasher. They were also very thin and fragile --fill in the patio with brick or cement.
