VIEWS... VIEWS... VIEWS... You will not believe the endless views from this seventh floor corner unit with huge wraparound balcony! This Condo is in Ocean Harbour North at North Hutchinson Island. It is situated between Vero Beach and Fort Pierce, just across the street from the Atlantic Ocean.
There are unobstructed views of a marina, the intracoastal inland waters, the ocean, and you can see for miles over a wild, nature conservancy area as well. You can enjoy both sunrises and sunsets from this balcony! For additional photos, please see owner's website indicated in this listing.
The unit has two bedrooms including a queen-size bed and color TV in the master bedroom, and twin beds in the second bedroom. There is a large color TV in the living room with a DVD player. This is a very clean unit with nice, nautical themed furnishings.
There is a fully equipped and recently updated kitchen with maple cabinets and granite countertops. The unit has a combo/living and dining area as well. The clean and quiet complex has two swimming pools, one hot tub, tennis courts, a marina and exercise equipment. There is private beach access on the ocean right across the street. Both Vero Beach and Fort Pierce are a short drive away.
Sorry, no pets or smoking. Unit can be rented monthly, seasonally or annually. Rented through March 2008 but available after that. Thanks.
