We are not managed by a rental company but we do have a professional manager on the property for your questions and any troubles...hopefully you will not have any.
I am telling you this because you will not have the standard cheap white sheets, towels etc. You will be sleeping in high thread count sheets and just lush seashore blue towels. You are not a on a business trip, you are on vacation!!! You deserve better

Imagine a place to retreat , refresh and enjoy copious belly laughs surrounded by the breathe taking west maui mountains and sparkling turquoise waters of kapalua bay-where unbounded beauty delights and soothes you. I am sitting on the lanai writing to you and looking at exactly what i just described to you. You will be embraced by treasures from the mountains, bounty from the ocean and the graciousness of hawaiian hospitality.
It is absolutely charming with authentic Hawaiian decor. Walk into your home and you will surrounded with the wonderful sea shore green/blue color that we all adore. You will be greeted with original colorful artwork with the inspiration gathered from the islands. Dining room is delightful but i guarantee you will be on the lanai eating and drinking as i am. The living room is roomy with copious windows and views. Just in case you need to follow your home town team there is a flat screen tv. Also don't forget your ipod for the music system.
Now for those kitchen experts, you will be overwhelmed by the modern kitchen enhanced with granite and the popular glass tiles. Ge profile appliances will make your cooking guaranteed tasty. I doubt you will be cooking many dinners since you are within walking distance to so many of the top rated restaurants in Maui. I have left you menus to peruse.
There is an krueg coffee maker and a traditional one depending on your coffee addiction.
There is also a full bath to accompany the pull out sofa.
Walk up the stairs with great ocean views to the master retreat. Once again surrounded by windows with golf and ocean views. Large master bath with a vanity for each guest. Large tub and shower also with ocean views. Master closet and built in dressers will hold all your vacation attire and then some. Sheets are smooth to the skin and high count. Needless to say, there is a tv to watch.
Now for the resort and what it has to offer!

-kapalua beach walk to your beach and be amazed. It is always rated within the top ten beaches in the world. The snorkeling is amazing. Guaranteed to see the cutest and largest turtle you can imagine. Right on the beach,you can rent everything necessary to have adventurous day at the beach or a chair to relax.
-golf. First and foremost, we have arranged for our guests to get discounted golf rates at Kapalua bay and plantation course. How great is that? Here is the only par 3 that plays over the crashing sea. Don't forget some water balls! This course hosts the first tournament of the new year, the tournament of champions. The plantation is the #1 course in Hawaii. Both courses create your dream golf playground. If you are a golfer you will love our home. Plus the golf school is rated in the top 25 in the world by golf magazine. Jerry king, the pro, was rated in the top 100 in golf magazine. Golf digest rated the teachers the best in Hawaii. I say ...Fore!
Tennis rated the #1 tennis facility in Hawaii and in the top 50 world wide, you will love tennis here. Activities include daily stroke of the day clinics, player matching, group and private instruction, drill, double drop ins, and a ball machine and hitting wall. My wife, 2-year old daughter and I stayed at this property for 12 nights in May 2013. We were eager to stay in Kapalua and this property didn't disappoint! Everything in the listing was accurate and as promised, we enjoyed ocean views from every window and the Lanai. It is in a great location with several amenities in Kapalua and others a very short drive to Kaanapali and/or Lahaina. Several amazing beaches were a short walk away. I played the Plantation and Bay courses often and my wife enjoyed the Kapalua spa and we were both thrilled. We did have Internet issues for the first couple of days but the onsite property manager saw to it that they were rectified as quickly as possible which was much appreciated. I'd recommend this property to anyone that is considering a vacation in Maui. One thing we learned is that if the weather in Kapalua is sub-optimal, just head south on the island and it usually improves. We hope to stay again!!Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, adventure seekers.

This home away from home was exactly that. Ally was wonderful to deal with. There were so many added touches which weren't expected. The bottle of wine made us feel special. There was a supply of laundry detergent, soaps, shampoos etc. which was such a nice feature. The location was perfect. We had the best view of whales playing in ocean. Snorkeling at Kapalua Bay was awesome. We will definitely try to stay here again the next time we visit Maui.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway.

This is a really nice condo with great views of the ocean, mountains and golf course. There was plenty of room, it was very clean, well maintained and located within a complex that is very quiet. It also has 2 lanai's that we sat on every day where we ate our meals or relaxed with a Mai Tai and watched the evening sunset. It is located within a short distance from a beautiful beach, a lovely spa, a number of great restaurants and superb golf. The owners thought of everything you could need within the unit and also provide beach amenities. They are really great to work with being very professional, helpful, friendly and enthusiastic! This was like a home away from home and I would highly recommend this unit. It made for a very enjoyable vacation and was so much better than a hotel!Recommended for: Romantic getaway, girls getaway.

Such a wonderful Hawaiian vacation. As soon as you enter the door, you are carried back to the Hawaii you love. Decorated in a Hawaiian decor. I love to cook so the new kitchen is great. I will never book a place unless there is a picture of the kitchen. Unbelievable views of the ocean, golf course and mountains. I also like when the place is managed by an owner and not a company, much more personal.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, sightseeing, tourists without a car, adventure seekers, girls getaway.

About the owner: We are newlyweds! Here we are in the Pineapple Grill where we got engaged. So this area has a special place in our hearts and history. Our home is just north of San Diego just a few miles to the coast but nothing like this ideal location of Maui. Even though we have ideal weather in San Diego , it is not like Maui with the warm ocean breezes and turtles popping thier heads up in the cascading water. We are avid golfers and play tennis. We have three grown children between us and a fabulous black lab who frequents the beach often. We welcome you to this happy home. I am sure you will feel all the fun happy vibes!
