This condo is very comfortable and located in a great area of Scottsdale (Grayhawk). It isconvenient to any activity yet it sits in a beautiful, gated community away from the hustle and bustle. The two upstair master bedrooms were nice features since we had two couples. The downstairs were nicely furnished and roomy. The clubhouse and pool are very impressive and located close to the condo. We really enjoyed our stay and definitely would stay here again.

Our stay at the Grayhawk community was outstanding. Our condo was very clean and spacious. The kitchen was very functional, the beds were comfortable, and the washer and dryer were so convenient. The owners were very friendly, timely, and easy to work with. The community was clean and quiet as well. The pool, clubhouse, and grounds were emaculant. The location is perfect! We were within minutes to the grocery, restaurants, hiking, golf and shopping. It made for a very relaxing vacation. We look forward to visiting again.

Our visit through the winter months was fantastic. Weather is always the best. All the amenities and comforts of a home away from home. Even had hairdyer. Immaculate clean. Quiet area which was great at night and amazing mornings to enjoy on patio. Stores close enough to walk and plenty of activites nearby. A GREAT GETAWAY from daily grind. Wonderful furnishings that made it feel brand new. Owners were a joy to work with in setting up reservation and guiding our arrival. Pool and spa are perfect. Our experience was EXCELLENT! Very well kept townhome. linens and suplies all perfect. Quiet, peaceful bright and airy. All the things we needed away from home were supplied. Wi-Fi access, proximity to major roads and restaurants very nice. We really enjoyed the pool and walking the miles and miles of walking paths in the area. Will visit and stay here again. Townhome was immaculate and facilities were excellent! Great location for golf at Grayhawk, Troon, TPC and others in Scottsdale. 15 minute ride to downtown Scottsdale restaurants and galleries. Ten minutes from zoo and desert botanical gardens. Groceries and other services nearby, as well as major highways close. The owners were wonderful to deal with and made sure our stay was perfect. Unfortunately, the only heated pool (very close to unit) was closed for repairs during our visit. But there are at least two others (unheated) available for use. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this home to anyone visiting the Scottsdale area.

We stayed here during the Scottsdale Arabian Horse Show. It's minutes away from Westworld. The place was great, and just a described in the listing. Although way spent most of our time at the horse show, it ways great to come "home" to the most comfortable bed. We didn't get to use any of the amenities at the club house, it looked like a great facility. The keyless entry is a wonderful idea, it made life so easy. Everything was clean and well maintained. We have stayed at my Scottsdale condos over the years and this one rates way up there for people wanting activities in the North Scottsdale area. The only thing I would add to the townhouse is a DVR. I'm just not use to watching commercials anymore, and keeping up with the Mountain time TV schedule. Even without it we will be back.

We were fortunate enough to be able to enjoy this wonderful townhome during our visit to see our Auburn Tigers become the national champs! Great accommodations and very convenient to golf, shopping and restaurants! We really enjoyed the clubhouse amenities; heated pool, workout facilities, pool table and massage (Lexie, gave us one of the best massages ever!). We look forward to our next visit!

Well equipped townhouse, listing as described. Best = everything worked and as it should. Access codes = brilliant, no need to wait around/meet anyone for keys/access etc.

We enjoyed our stay here. Unit was very comfortable for our family of four, and was close to the pool. Pool was great for 5 year olds - not too deep. Nice to have play structures as well. Proximity of complex was great for shopping/services.

Lovely townhome with wonderful furnishings and very clean. Large garage was great to have and the community is splendid. Plenty of walking trails, eateries and more than enough golf courses. Most of all we enjoyed the pool and peaceful location. Home away from home for 4 months. We will be back.

The Townhome is Beautiful and very clean. Peaceful, charming patio setting with fantastic views of the city and Camelback mountain. The furnishings were well beyond what we expected for a vacation rental. We would recommend this vacation rental to anyone that is looking for peaceful, clean and wonderfully furnished accomodations. The clubhouse is amazing... what a concept. All the amenities of home and minutes from the first tee box, and shopping. Great community for walks. Jacuzzi and Theatre room were our favorite. We were wondering about the 2 twin mattresses instead of the couch bed for the kids - what a great idea. Wish we could have stayed longer. See you next year.

Great property with all the facilities for a vacation - clean, modern, great Scottsdale location and mountain views, quiet, great ammenities at Grayhawk. Furnishings and appliances/utencils well above expectations for a vacation rental. We have already booked for a retun next year.

My family and I just returned from a stay at this property. We loved everything about it. It was extremely clean, well decorated, very comfortable and quiet. The location is great, close to all the best shopping and resteraunts. The club house was a nice retreat where we enjoyed wine and played pool - my teenager loved the internet access and video game room with the large flat screen tv's. My two little boys were very excited to find a large play structure on the property. Everyone was happy. We would love to stay here again during out next Scottsdale vacation.

We found the townhouse to be the perfect place to stay while family is at the Mayo Clinic Hospital for 6 months. It is conveniently located to both the hospital and the clinic. The beds are "very comfortable". I just wish we had been able to enjoy the beautiful great room, theatre and pools more. I would definately recommend staying here.

We were 2 golfers needing separate en-suite bedrooms and accommodation close to the top courses in Scottsdale and Phoenix. The Townhome was perfect for us, giving much greater flexibility than cramped hotel rooms. Its location in Grayhawk just off the 101 was perfect for reaching other golf courses at TPC, Wildfire, The Boulders, Troon North, Kierland etc etc. The clubhouse with a great pool, spa, fitness suite, was a huge bonus. Townhome wireless internet is a great asset. Would be pleased to recommend the property to everyone.

We truly enjoyed our stay in the condo and definitely plan on coming back! The condo is well appointed with every ammenity we needed and more. The location was centrally located to hiking, shopping, and great restaurants. We loved the club and the great walking trails right out the front door. We highly recommend this property!

We had a wonderful time staying in your condo. It was incredibly comfortable! We loved the clubhouse and all the services. My son and husband played lots of pool and video games. The North Scottsdale location was also terrific. We epxlored and hiked in several different areas. Thanks so much for creating such a pleasant and comfortable place to stay.

We enjoyed staying in your condo. It was very comfortable and well-appointed. We especially enjoyed the large screen TV and flat screens in both bedrooms. The clubhouse had many features, including a well-equipped gym and served as a welcoming gathering place!

We stayed at this condo for 6 months. The condo was very well appointed and extremely clean. Loved the club house. It is in a great location; lots of shopping and golfing nearby and close to 2 exits to the 101. We would definitely stay there again.

Stayed in the beautuful condo all summer - air conditioning great, and had a wonderful time. This is truely a wonderful place to stay. You are 2 minutes away from the largest Frys grocery store, 2 minutes from the 101 freeway, and 3 minutes from all kinds of shopping. The condo itself has a wonderful kingsize bed, and everything you will need to have a wonderful "feel at home" time. the club house and pools are also wonderful. You can ck your e-mails wireless or play pool in clubhouse if you like. For the kids, the newest video games are available. Great value.

This condo has it all. It is in a great location in North Scottsdale, you look out over a nature preserve and the accomodations of both the townhome and the resort are top notch. Add to this, the owner is great to work with - I highly recommend this property.

A great place to stay while vacationing in Arizona. Roomy, clean, and comfortable, with easy access to 101. Very peaceful and quiet, with stores and restaurants nearby for anything you may need. The patio is a great place to have a cup of coffee in the morning, or just to relax in the evening. I will be staying there again.
