Very comfortable 2 bedroom 2 full bathroom home in an incredible setting surrounded by tall pine trees and eucalyptus. Only 4 blocks to La Mansa beach in Jose Ignacio and less than 1 mile away from Jose Ignacio's lovely little town.
-All bedrooms have King Size beds with high-end mattresses and all linens are luxurious white Egyptian cotton (sheets, towels and comforters).
-Allergy free bedding all around.
-Industrial ceiling fans in all bedrooms with wall-mount control.
-Ample closet space.

The kitchen is equipped with an oven, refrigerator, electric stove, blender, french press coffee maker, silverware and kitchenware.
There are 2 large decks that wrap around the house suitable for outdoor meals or sun-lounging.
Both bathrooms have a separate entrance from the decks for a convenient access after the beach.
An ample back yard with a king size day-bed and 2 sun lounge chairs with high-density mattresses are there for your enjoyment. Our back yard is not yet fully landscaped hence the lack of photos. We are happy to email you current images should you request them.
The house has a washing machine and its air-dry only in a designated area. Housekeeping services are available upon request.
We have an alarm security system for your safety should you want to use it at no extra charge.
The house is 4 blocks from the round-about that enters the town, making it walking distance if desired although a car is recommended.
World renowned dining is just steps away. Be sure to try La Huella in Jose Ignacio, La Olada in La Juanita, Marismo in Jose Ignacio and Butia just outside of Jose Ignacio.

Year Purchased: 2012
About the owner: I am a real estate professional living in NYC since 1999. Last year, my husband and I decided to build a little and sweet getaway in this magical part of the world that we hold dear to our hearts. We had been vacationing in Jose Ignacio for many years since the early 80's and have lots of good friends that actually live there year round. Both of us are originally from Uruguay. This is how our house was born. We are still working on the landscape, planting beautiful local species with sustainable methods and are also planning on building the second story sometime in the next year or so (but for now are enjoying this first stage).
Why the Owner Chose Jose Ignacio:
We chose to be in La Juanita - (a neighborhood of Jose Ignacio just before you enter the town at the round-about) because we feel it offers the best of both worlds.
The lovely little town of Jose Ignacio can get a little too crowded during the busy season, making things like parking or having privacy in your front yard somewhat difficult. La Juanita is just 10 blocks away from town and it offers tall trees and peaceful surroundings making nights more restful, uninterrupted with an overall feeling of wilderness. Last but not least is waking up to bird songs hanging out in the tall trees surrounding the house. All this and a few more subtle details make La Juanita the perfect location to spend our vacation time in Jose Ignacio.
We furnished the house with all the things we consider important for comfort, such as King Size beds, high-end mattresses, luxury soft sheets and comforters, thick towels and cushy floor mats. We believe things like these can make a stay memorable.
