Welcome to Casa Lontano! This impressive 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom house is located in the coveted private gulf front neighborhood of Destiny by the Sea. Casa Lontano is situated only steps from the sugar white beaches and less than a two minute walk to the huge community pool. The home has recently been remodeled and features all new flooring, kitchen, bathrooms, furnishings and decorations!
Casa Lontano boasts breathtaking views of the gulf from its spacious balconies located on both the second and third floor of the home. The contemporary interiors create a very sleek and fresh vacation home away from home. The floor plan is laid out perfectly for each guest to be accommodated with privacy. You will find only one bedroom per floor! On the first floor there is a very large king bedroom with a sitting area that offers a sleeper sofa, flat screen TV, and private bathroom. This room also has access to the patio and grassy backyard.
The second floor welcomes you into the very roomy living space. With a stylish sectional couch, this living room is the perfect place to watch movies on the flat screen if you happen across a rainy day or just need a quiet evening at home. The beautiful gourmet kitchen features granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. What better place to cook a meal while enjoying the picturesque gulf view out the window filled south side of the house? You can choose to dine inside or outside on the gulf view balcony. Tucked in the back you will find a lovely queen bedroom with a flat screen TV. There is also a full bathroom and laundry on this floor.
The third floor opens up into an airy loft with a comfy sitting area that features a sleeper sofa and flat screen TV. The master bedroom has a plush king bed made for sleeping in late, a flat screen TV for those relaxing evenings, and a private gulf view balcony to enjoy the sunrise with your morning coffee or the phenomenal sunsets in the evening.
