A beautiful home in a quite neighborhood close to everything Austin has to offer. 10 minutes to Downtown and the restaurants of 6th Street, the Capital, Convention Center and UT. 18 Miles to new Circuit of Americas Formula One racetrack.
Great executive home for F1 and rental for SXSW. The home boasts 4 Bedrooms, 2 living rooms, an open floor plan with a large back porch/yard and remodeled kitchen / master bathroom.
The home has a flat screen TV in the living room (47in.), master bedroom (37in.) and game room (46in.). Cable TV and fast Wi-Fi is included. The newly remodeled kitchen features all appliances including a gas stove. The home has central heat and air. Maid service will be provided before and after the rental and can be arranged daily for an extra charge. Full size Washer and Dryer. White tile floors and seagrass carpet throughout.
The bedrooms include: Master with a king and new linens, 2nd bedroom with a Queen, 3rd bedroom with 2 twin beds. The home sleeps 6 very comfortably, and can accommodate up to 8 (with air mattress which can be provided upon request at no charge).
Absolutely no smoking and no pets are allowed in this impeccably clean home. You will have full access to the house, excluding the garage.
Parking is plentiful (4 cars in the driveway and free street parking). The neighborhood has 2 pools and tennis courts, which are available for your use (please indicate in advance as we must provide a key card). Extensive shopping is within 1.5 miles including casual and fine dining. Liquor store and convenience stores are located within a 1-minute drive. Target and grocery stores are located close by.

We rented this home for an event weekend in Austin. The home is light, bright, very clean and well maintained. The owner was a pleasure to deal with and made the reservation and check-in convenient.
