The condo is smaller than I had pictured from the vrbo pictures. It was very convenient to walk to the conference center and clean. Had two master bedrooms with baths and would be perfect for two couples. The thing I didn't like was someone came in while I was gone and took a table out of the bedroom I was using that I had set my things on. They left a note saying that they had delivered it mistakenly and I would need to contact the other rental company if I needed it as they were not my rental company. It was there when I came and it freaked me out a little that obviously multiple rental folks could get into the condo and would come in and out without calling me to let me know. This I was a little uneasy during my stay as I was saying alone. Other than that the condo had everything I needed was clean and convenient. Three stars for the freak factor only.

Manager response: The condo is managed by only one rental management company. However, the complex's property management company - Keystone Property Management (KPM) also have the key for maintenance/emergency purpose only. KPM usually notice us if they need to get into the unit for maintenance reason and we always let our guests know in advance. Due to the convenience to the Conference Center, the complex is highly occupied during the conference season. KPM might have delivered a table for another conference rental to our unit and needed to correct it. Although this is the first time we encountered this, I believe it might happen once in a while. I apologize for the inconvenience. Next time this kind of things happen, please don't hesitate to call us so you won't have to worry about it during your stay :-)

Well appointed condo in central location. Easy walk to conference center and village. Well kept unit in a quiet area, all of which made for a great week for the family while I attended my conference.

This is one of the nicest Rental-Homes that I have ever stayed in. Very well-equipped and well-maintained. All of the amenities that a traveller needs are there. I will look to rent this property again when I go back to Keystone!

Nice Keystone Townhome
Nice Keystone Townhome
We recently stayed at this townhome for a 4-day spring break trip to Keystone. This home is quite roomy and the two master suites (each with its own ensuite bathroom) is a real plus. The unit has also been nicely updated and the furnishings/decor is satisfactory. The washer and dryer was certainly a nice amenity as well. We definitely appreciated that the resort shuttle stop was just a few feet away from the townhome entrance and it dropped us off at the Mountain House lifts after a short 5-minute drive. I only wish that the hot water heater had a larger capacity as it was not convenient for 3-4 people to shower around the same time. Overall, we definitely enjoyed our visit and we certainly look forward to a return trip next year.

Manager response: We really appreciate your comments/feedback and we're glad that you enjoyed your stay :-) Regarding the water heater, we installed a new 50 gal dual-element electric water heater because it's more efficient and heats water quicker than single-element, thus would save energy when the house is not occupied and at the same time provide sufficient hot water. Again, thank you for your stay and feedback. Looking forward to hosting your next trip to Keystone!
What a great place and fantastic location. This place is PERFECT for 2 couples with its two master suites. Everything is updated and the condo has everything you need for a perfect getaway. The kitchen is modern and has everything you need to make a great meal. There is a great table to enjoy dinner and the sunken living room is a super cozy place to relax after a long day of skiing. The parking is super close and the hot tub/sauna are close and awesome too. There is a shuttle that leaves 3 times an hour...or you can be lazy like we were and drive to Keystone and arrive in about 2 minutes! To get to Breck it is about 20-25 minutes and A-Basin about 15. It is close to everything and a place that feels like home to return to. My only complaint is that the ski locker did not fit our snowboards, but since the parking was so safe we kept them in the car. The owner is super super nice and very prompt about getting back to me. It was a perfect Presidents Day weekend and I hope to return to this great property!!!!!!

Really loved this place, great for our large group. Only a couple miles from the slopes, big beds, nice kitchen, up to date. Only minor gripe was their weren't any extra pillow. Owner comments: extra pillows are provided for your next stay :-)

Great retreat lots of space
Gorgeous condo, very spacious, balcony facing ski hill! We had 4 adults and 2 children, lots of room... Great flow of the space and perfect for entertaining. The kitchen was wonderful. We cooked in and drank every night. Perfect location to access the free shuttle. Family can't wait to come back skiing here! Nice balcony, facing mountains; the parking lot seamed safe and not too far to bring in our luggage! !

About: We moved to Denver area to be close to the mountains. We like hiking, biking, skiing, snowshoeing or just to be in the mountains. We always enjoy staying at our townhome and would love to share the experience with you.
Why Keystone Village, Tennis Townhomes:
We chose Keystone and specifically Tennis Townhome for its peaceful settings, beautiful landscape and unique features. Keystone is a quiet resort from spring to fall but very close to all the activities the area has to offer. In the shoulder seasons (spring and fall), we enjoy the feeling that we're the only souls in the valley. In the summer, Keystone is 20+ degree cooler than Denver. In 2010, A-basin didn't close until July 4th! We also like the fact that we are 5 minutes away - walk, ride or drive, to the world class hiking, biking, golfing, fishing, skiing, snowshoeing, boating and to shopping, dining, music and art...
The Unique Benefits at this Townhome:
The townhome is well designed to ensure natural light, views and privacy in every unit, every room. Compared to other resort condos, townhomes, it's more spacious with plenty storage space - suitable for both short-term vacation or long-term stay.
