There were 10 of us staying in this wonderful home and all different ages. Everyone from the small grandchildren to the oldest loved this home. It is a comfortable ,well thought out, and beautifully decorated mountain home. Lots of fun and easily accessible to the towns of Frisco and Breckinridge. Located in a beautiful area and quiet. I loved the placement of the bedrooms and the laundry room , you never disturbed anyone while they slept. Everyone had their privacy and it was a joy to stay here with so many people. Cheryl was wonderful and was very helpful if you needed her. It was a wonderful vacation home. We would love to stay here again.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

Had an incredibly pleasant stay at this home in Frisco. House was beautiful and cozy, my family and I felt right at home immediately. Decorated to reflect a perfect balance of luxury and elements of the surrounding wilderness. Close to tons of retail, food, and activities. We will definitely be returning! Thank you so much for sharing your incredible house!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

This was such a great place for our family visit to Frisco. The house backs up the the Frisco recreation area which was perfect for our mountain biking and playing disc golf. They have a wonderful view of Lake Dillon which is low now but still beautiful. We found everything you could possibly need to prepare our meals. Everything is stocked and very orderly. The home is beautiful inside yet very comfortable for all of us. We would highly recommend this home and look forward to our return trip to Frisco! Oh forgot to mention, it is an easy walk to Main Street in the day!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

We've had two perfect weekend getaways in this elegant mountain home. Quiet and private, but access directly onto the bike trails for a day trip to Breckenridge, Copper or Vail. Beautiful autumn foliage and fresh air. We enjoy time inside and out; on the deck and in the inviting mountain comfort of the elegantly decorated living areas.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

Great location; one minute drive to downtown Frisco or easy walk along sidewalks. Lovely location within subdivision; family room and kitchen facing open wooded area. Gorgeous views. Nice size and layout of bedrooms and bathrooms. Lower level soundproofed. Beautifully decorated. Kitchen more than adequately furnished. Very comfortable furniture. Quiet. If returning to Frisco, would absolutely stay again.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

Our family has been renting this home for the past few years and continue to return because of the fabulous location, the well equipped kitchen, and the size of the home. The house has gorgeous picturesque windows that overlook the open wilderness with snow shoe trails and cross country skiing out the back door. The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans and utensils and we found a grocery store just down the street. We have a large family so having multiple rooms and beds lets everyone have their own space. The dining room table is quite large which is ideal for large families and the theater room has a pool table which is fun for everyone.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

Nestled in the pine trees on the cusp of the Frisco Bay arm of Lake Dillon, this appealing rustic cabin looked like it would be the perfect place to get away from it all for a long weekend. Little did I know it had so much more to offer. While it is far enough back to be isolated from any noise of cars on the highway, it is simultaneously at the hub of outdoor activities in Frisco and Summit County. The huge back windows (and porch) offer direct views and access to the Frisco Nordic Center, which during the summer converts to whatever you need it to be-for me it meant Mountain Biking, Frisbee Golf (they have a course set up) and Hiking (though from this house you are no more than 1.5-2 hours away from a number of 14ers). Additionally, you are but a short bike ride or walk from town, which offers even more activities including boat rentals, fishing, road biking, 4-wheeling, and excellent restaurants (I personally recommend Bagali's for their gourmet pizza). While I was not there during the winter, I know that from this house you are no more than 20 minutes from 5+ ski resorts, including my favorite, Copper Mountain, and less than an hour from Vail and Beaver Creek. However, if a "staycation" is more your speed, the house opens wide to reveal two incredible home high definition home theaters (one for you and one for the kids) with a full smart-tv complement, as well as wi-fi access, a hot tub (for after those long rides) and a pool table. There's a full gourmet-quality kitchen for any feasts you wish to prepare, as well as a large banquet table and a more intimate breakfast nook/dinner table. The house has been fastidiously cared for by someone who clearly cares about their comfort and the comfort of any guests they wish to cater for. Pros: Huge, great for large parties (mine was 6, and there were beds to spare), amenities were shockingly advanced for such a property, incredible views, excellent patio space (x2), situated on a crossroads of Colorado athletics and culture, entertaining for kids and adults. Cons: Was not allowed into master bedroom (not a huge deal, queen suite downstairs has private full bath), driveway is difficult for large cars, traffic jam downstairs (one bathroom servicing 6-10 people, not including the queen), I could see frisbee players/mtb riders on the trails behind the house. Lots of stairs, not great for wheelchair/crutches/zimmer-frameRecommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, pet owners, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

Being a teacher, there are few places that are capable of rejuvenating me and bringing me back to a state of relaxing me. Immediately when I walk in this house and look out of the stunning open and light doors and windows, I feel like I am in paradise! Beautifully furnished, right in the center of beautiful hikes, bike trails, and an adorable town, the house makes my only decision at the end of the day: should I stay home and appreciate this beautiful home, or get out and do stuff!!!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, pet owners, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

Roomy and welcoming, this gorgeous place felt like home the moment we walked in the door. Located both on the lake and a fabulous frisbee golf course, it even has terrific easy hiking right out the back door. The town of Frisco and all it's amenities are just minutes away. Comfy beds, couches you can disappear into and a fabulous kitchen, this home is great for families, ski buddies, summer explorers and intimate gatherings. We will definitely rent this great place again!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, pet owners, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

We arrived at our spring break ski vacation to find a spotless, impressive house with surprises around every corner. The house felt massive and cozy at the same time, with bedrooms around every corner and bathrooms galore. The split level layout lends itself exceptionally well to dropping off your weather gear and equipment downstairs, then coming upstairs to relax. (And if you've got some night owls among you, they can continue on into the night, while the other guests sleep snugly downstairs.) The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for dining in: you can grab a quick bite sitting at the island or make a formal meal at the dining table. The living room has the perfect rustic atmosphere to kick back, apres ski. The house's location is just moments from Copper, Breckenridge and Keystone ski areas; just a few miles more to Vail. But the vibe is more rustic and small-town than touristy. After a few days, you'll feel like a local! The Frisco Nordic Park is--quite literally--right in the backyard. Even if you don't ski cross-country, a walk along the trails to see the breathtaking view of Lake Dillon is worth the trip. The town nearby has plenty of restaurants and stores for browsing, and a grocery store for stocking up on supplies. Everything about the chateau was warm and inviting. It was so much more personal than a hotel, but just as luxurious. The description says it sleeps 13, with plenty of room to keep from getting on each others nerves. We can't wait to return!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

We have gone back to stay here repeatedly. We found the house spacious, well equipped and laid out. The location is ideal – close to Copper Mountain, Breckenridge, Keystone and A-basin. It is lakeside and feels remote yet is only minutes from Frisco. I would highly recommend it.Recommended for: People with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

Holy cow-I came out for a weekend of skiing and were blown away. When I was told about this place I imagined another secluded cabin in the boonies, an hour and a half from anything good. When I got there I realized how wrong I had been. Wireless, two huge tv's, heated floors and garage stalls, and to top it off I was minutes away from a ton of ski areas. Me and my friends (3 of us) almost didn't want to get up to go skiing in the morning in favor of hanging out in the house all day-but that's not what I came here for. Ski all day, hit the bars in Frisco, Silverthorne or Breck at night, finish the evening off in the hot tub. When can I go back to Colorado?Recommended for: Adventure seekers, families with teenagers, girls getaway.
