It’s located in one of the only ski-in/ski-out developments in Killington, so there’s no need to worry about catching the shuttle bus or dragging your equipment long distances to the slopes! The townhouse itself is gorgeous, luxurious, and private… You’ll immediately become enamored with the cathedral ceiling in the living room with 8-foot high greenhouse-style glass skylights and the decadent floor-to-ceiling brick wood-burning fireplace. There is a new 60” HD TV, upgraded bedding, and a new dining table – It’s all ready for your visit! You’ll find stunning interior décor throughout, modern kitchen cabinets, and cozy carpeting, so there’s nothing rustic about this ski house! It even includes free WiFi! After a long day of skiing, warm up in the steam shower or jetted tub in the master bathroom, or relax in the in-unit sauna. This home is truly a prize!
From here you can be on the slopes in Killington in mere minutes thanks to this home’s truly ideal location. This community has its own trail, Sun Dog which is right across the parking lot from this unit. It is serviced by its own lift, the Sunrise Triple chair. The Bear Mountain area of Killington is accessed from the top of the Sunrise Triple Chair. As an added bonus, you do not need a lift ticket to ride the Sunrise Triple Chair. Those less adventurous members of your party can ski the green Sun Dog trail all day for free. Because this particular unit sits on the highest point in Sunrise, you also have the option of walking approximately 3 minutes to a trail that drops directly into the Bear Mountain base area without having to take the chair lift. This is not an option for the vast majority of Sunrise units and makes this one truly special. Overall, this townhouse has one of the most perfect locations out of any other unit on the mountain… If that were not enough Sunrise has its own activities center with an indoor pool, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, a fitness center and a restaurant. Please be aware that this unit is not ski-in/ski-out until Killington opens the Bear Mountain area. This most often happens by the Chrismas Holiday week. During early and late season Sunrise is not ski-in/ski-out.

We had a great time and the townhouse was absolutely perfect! We have booked at other places and through other agencies in the past and have never had as good as an experience as this one. It was extremely easy to book through evolve travel and they answered any questions we had. The townhouse itself has a lot of room, which was especially important to us with a large group of people. The layout of the home (downstairs bedrooms, main level living area, and upstairs bedrooms with a bathroom on every floor) was perfect. People were able to sleep soundly while others could stay up and not disturb anyone. The gigantic TV in the living room was perfect for the football game and the in unit sauna was just an over the top bonus. This, unlike many houses that are advertised, is truly a slope side property. Walk out your door and over to the slope, strap on your board or put your skis on and ski away. We will definitely be keeping this property in mind for next year and had an absolute blast while we were there. Thanks for everything!Recommended for: Romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, pet owners.
