  The house was immaculately clean when we arrived! The location was perfect, 2 blocks to the beach, less than a 20 minute walk to several restaurants. The pool was perfect at the end of the day. We have rented several houses for vacations before, this one was definitly the best one thus far.

  Recommended for: Romantic getaway, families with young children, tourists without a car, adventure seekers.

  Our week long vacation was a wonderful family time. This well appointed house easily and happily accommodated our family including a toddler and a six month old baby. It was spacious, clean and well maintained. A good time was had by all due in part to our ability to spread out in the house. There is easy access to the beach in all directions and the pool was warm and fun for times when we needed a break away from the beach. There are plenty of bikes, toys and fishing poles to keep everyone active. It is an easy walk to the Pine Avenue shops and many good restaurants. The house was exactly as advertised and the owner was easy and helpful to work with. We would highly recommend this property and look forward to another stay as soon as possible.

  We loved the location of this house, close to Bean Point. Really enjoyed seeing lots of dolphins and wildlife at the point. House was very clean, and had everything we needed. Owner was pleasant and easy to work with. We were also excited that we could see the ocean from upstairs loft. Overall, a good experience, we love Anna Maria Island!

  Our family doesn't even know where to start on the list of great qualities of this home! We had a great time and felt like it was our home away from home!! The home is beautiful!! The highlights for our family were the private pool, short walk to the beach, short bike ride to many fun shops and great tasting food!! The kids were very excited about all of the pool toys, beach toys, and bikes for the whole family. The owner was wonderful to work with! We are very excited as we have made reservations for next year already!!

  I, too, was lucky enough to find this home when searching the site for a perfect location to host a reunion of friends to be followed by a family vacation with my children and grandchild. We couldn't have picked a better location, home, and homeowner for the holiday! As the previous guest stated, the house is well stocked but I was really surprised when that meant so many "extras" in the kitchen and for the pool and beach. And the location cannot be beat! Not only is the home just a few hundred feet from Bean Point,it's but also less than 5 min walk (1.5 blocks!) to the expansive western beach where we spent nearly every night watching the amazing sunsets. Although, despite being a sunset "freak", the screened in porch was my favorite spot - sitting out there in the morning before the day got crazy and in the evening, after those sunsets, was the absolute perfect way to begin and end each day. The owner is an absolute delight to work with, including responding within minutes to my calls of confusion on a few things upon our arrival. The new pool, the garden, and of course the QUIET north end of the island make this the spot we will return to again and again - we have already booked for next year. I work in the travel industry and have travelled all over the world. I own a time share in Bonita Springs at a world-class hotel/condo property but have chosen this home for all of the above stated reasons to keep on our family holiday radar for years to come!

  We were lucky enough to get to stay in this property as we went for a family get-away to celebrate my wife's birthday. The house is beautiful and is completely ready to host a family get away (bikes for all, pool and beach toys, fishing gear...). The heated pool, spiral staircase and gorgeous vaulted ceiling loft area were big hits with the kids! The kitchen is very well stocked and we had everything we needed to host a BBQ. The location is great and you are literally 300ft from the beach board walk to Bean Point. The owner is wonderful to work with and we will hope to stay with her again!
