Located in the very heart of Clearwater Beach, this 1100-square-foot condominium captures the energy and excitement of this thriving beach community. Lovely, gulf-front condominium with balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico, the beach, and the city of Clearwater.
The condominium has an excellent view from the seventh floor. After a day of fun at the beach, you can clean up at an outdoor shower. When not enjoying the scenic beach, you can lounge in the heated pool. You can also keep busy playing shuffleboard or pool, or working out in the all new state-of-the-art exercise room.
The condominium comes fully equipped with three cable TVs, DVD, a telephone, linens, towels, washer/dryer, stereo, and central air conditioning. The kitchen has dishes and cookware, a new refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffeemaker, and dishwasher. One bedroom has a queen-size bed and the other bedroom has two queen-size beds. Two great leather sofas in living room. Most everything is provided for your comfort and convenience. New tile floors in the living room, bathroom, balcony, and entrance. New carpet in the bedrooms.
This perfectly located, two-bedroom, one-bath condominium is within walking distance to many of Clearwater's attractions. Convenient to airports, shopping, excellent golf courses, and just one-and-one-half hours from DisneyWorld! Busch Gardens is only 30 minutes away. Tampa, Saint Petersburg, and Saint Pete's beaches are nearby. Rentals at Regatta Beach Club are two-weeks minimum. The complex is gated with 24-hour security and adjacent parking.
Activities include swimming, fishing, water skiing, boating, snorkeling, scuba diving, parasailing, and jet skiing. The packed sand is great for walking or jogging on the beach. There are many golf courses as well as miniature golf in the area. You can walk along the pier to many great restaurants, concerts, and other activities. Casino cruises depart from various nearby locations.
There is so much to do in this area that one could write an entire tour guide! In fact, there are many good tour books for this area that are attainable from travel agencies, AAA, and local bookstores.

We've reached the end of our stay and it just went by to fast... This is such a beautiful place; we enjoyed every minute and look forward to coming back much sooner than we thought. This year we discovered Ward's Seafood Market and made some meals up here that defy description! The only bad thing about Clearwater is having to leave it.
