  This condo was absolutely beautiful, peaceful, well laid out and well taken care of. It was fully stocked with everything we needed to make meals at "home" and enjoy a time of comfortable living. My husband and I stayed there for a day and enjoyed it thoroughly. Then my parents, sister and her husband and our kids came up and stayed for a few more days and it suited our group very well. The kids LOVED the bunk beds and having their own tv for movies. Everyone was very satisfied with their spaces... each room has it's own bathroom which I thought was lovely. We had a very nice experience and will definitely revisit when we come back to Steamboat.

  This was probably more space than we needed, but then again, we each had our own bedroom with bathroom for each BR, and the grandchildren enjoyed the bunkbed room to themselves. The shuttle service worked well, running every 10 minutes from morning until 5pm, and by phone call reservation after 5 pm.Nice drivers. It is a nice walk to the gondola area, but with skiis & equipment the shuttle makes it very convenient. We rented our equipment at Christie's Sports, -branch, across from WalMart at Central Park. Call in advance of ski week to reserve and save 20%. Also this off the Mt. branch of Christie's is a little lower priced than their gondola location, but you can store your skiis at the Christies by the gondola each night. The week went too fast, but this condo was very comfortable and afforded us a good night's rest. Great kitchen with everything you need, even a crock pot.Gas grill by pool worked well. Great underground parking with security code entry.My 1/2 ton 4X4 crewcab fits through the entry door, but if you have a big dually pick-up it won't fit. Mini-Vans & suburbans will fit fine. Space outside if your bus is too big!

  I have never used VBRO before. But gave it a shot this year. Everything turn out wonderful. Everything in this unit was as advertised. The unit was very nice, very clean and very large. The kitched was truly fully stocked with all our needs. The beds were confortable. Parking undergroud was a good perk. No cleaning off the snow from your car. The shuttle serve could not have been better. Each morning he was parked right in the front realy to go. We did not use the hot tub, but the pool area was nice and kept. More important was the communication with the owner Bill. He was very helpful and was available to answer any question. We are planning on staying there next year!!!

  Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children.

  Great place for multi-families. We had three families here and never felt like we were on top of each other. Condo is very spacious with each couple having their own comfortable room with private full bathroom. Our group are big cookers and the kitchen was stocked with good basics and even some unexpected gadgets for most kitchens. And although we didn't need this, I found a booster and a pack-n-play for infants that just comes with your condo incase you are traveling with babies. My two favorite things about this property were 1) the indoor/covered parking garage, (in snowy, muddy weather this is a HUGE plus), and 2) the availability of Bill the owner. He is available to you via email/text or phone at anytime during your trip to ensure your comfort in this condo. The people of Steamboat are warm and welcoming. They want you there! Shuttle service guys went out of the way a few times to get us around the ski resort and shuttles run pretty much all day. The skiing is great here but save some time to visit the Strawberry Park Hot Springs when you go to Steamboat. It's amazing. Our entire group, (6 adults, 2 kids), would come back to Steamboat and this condo would be our first choice for lodging.

  We came for a weeklong ski trip and this was a perfect place for us. With 3 couples and 2 children, we found the place spacious and comfortable for all. The condo is well-equipped, well-maintained and very clean. Located close to the slopes and the town (with a regular shuttle service), underground garage, pool, hot tub, etc, it offers all the amenities needed for an very enjoyable and relaxing stay. Additionally, the owner not only answered all of our questions, but offered tips and advice that allowed us to make the best of our stay in Steamboat. We will definitely be back!

  We enjoyed staying at this property, which offers comfortable and convenient ammenities as described. Would have rated it as excellent, but unfortunately we arrived and the unit hadn't been cleaned from the prior stay. This, however, was promptly addressed by the property owner.

  Owner response: We are happy that your stay post initial arrival was great. We are very sorry that the cleaning crew did not have the unit ready for your agreed upon early arrival. Something was lost between us and the cleaning crew. To address this we have implemented a new communication chain with regards to start and end times for cleanings.   We have gone to Steamboat and stayed at several other condos over time. We travel with grandma and grandpa that ski either very little or not at all. The was the perfect place for us because it gave everyone their own space and has such nice windows in every room. That makes a big difference for those that want to hang out during the day or when other come back from skiing. Other places like Trappeurs had a lot less light and no views. The shuttle was very fast and easy both for skiing and dinner. I am very picky about linens and these are very nice, no hotel/resort stiff white junk here. The bunk room was perfect for our 3 young kids ages. The pool and hot tub were great the kids had a blast and so did the adults. The owner was incredibly helpful with all things Steamboat for our trip. If you stay here you will not be looking for a different place the next year we will be back!

  The condo was clean and very well taken care of. The condo's location to the mountain makes it easy to get to and from the mountain, especially since you can take the ResortQuest bus every 10-15 mins. The only thing I will point out is the 3 main bedrooms all have bathrooms in them. There is not a centrally located bathroom off the kitchen/living room for the people who are staying in the room with the bunk beds. This was not an issue for our group because we all get along and I personally didn't care if somebody had to use it while I was sleeping, but if you are in a big group where you don't know everybody and/or privacy is a big deal, that might something to think about. We really enjoyed staying here and was happy with the experience.

  This property has everything you could want. It has a good location, a shuttle you can call to take you anywhere, tons of space, 3 master suites plus a kids' room with bunks - all with flat screen tvs and high quality linens - attractive decor, a nice hot tub and pool and a super helpful owner. We highly recommend it.
