Our townhouse is located in Sandestin Resort, the premier vacation destination in the Florida panhandle. Sandestin is famous for the best beaches in the northern Gulf of Mexico. The resort features four championship golf courses spread over 2400 acres between the Gulf and Choctawhatchee Bay. The Village at Baytown Wharf has become one of the best dining and entertainment centers of the area.
Our townhouse is located in the Fairways section of Sandestin, a shaded and quiet residential area on the Links golf course in the northwest section of the resort. It is convenient to everything because of the short drives to other sections of the resort. We have a great view of the bay from our deck on the seventh fairway of the Links course.
All bathrooms, family room and kitchen have ceramic tile floors. We have cable TV (with new high definition 42' flat screen TV and Blueray disc/DVD player in the living room and 32' flat screen TV in mbr) and free high speed wireless internet access. We also provide a gas grill for the use of our guests.
Our three bedrooms and loft offer superb accommodations for at least four adults and four children. The Master BR has a king bed and bath, the downstairs guest BR has 2 double beds and bath, the upstairs bedroom has 2 single beds and half bath, and we have 2 single beds in the loft. A baby pack & play, baby booster chair and stroller are available for your use. Sandestin offers the KidZone and Kid's Night Out programs and local babysitting services are also available.
Bike rentals are available at Bikes-R-Us, near Sandestin. They will deliver and pick up at the townhouse, with locks, and will come fix any problems. Shorter rentals are available in the Spring, Fall and Winter, at lower rates.
No Smoking. Accept pets under 25 pounds with a $75 non-refundable pet fee. At least one guest must be a responsible adult at least 25 years of age.

April 2013 My husband and 8 month old son spent a week in this lovely condo, and it was a perfect place for our first vacation as a family! The condo was very large, and could easily accommodate our extended family next time. Infact, we never even used the spacious upstairs. The kitchen and grill served all of our cooking needs, as we ate in often. The bed was incredibly comfortable too! The owner has made the condo very kid-friendly, as there was a high chair, pack-n-play, and even a bag of sand toys for our use. The resort itself was beautiful! The view of the bay from the back deck was a perfect place to enjoy coffee each morning. The Baytown Wharf (on the resort) was a fun place with great dining, entertainment and spectacular views of the sunset. We highly recommend trying the seafood at Acme Oyster House, and the doughnuts at Harrell's. The beach was easily accessible and parking was really close. The pools were very clean, and each one had a kiddie pool close by too. We found that this was a great week to be in Destin because spring break was over, and nothing was ever too crowded. Overall, the condo was lovely and comfortable, and had everything we needed (and more)! The resort was beautiful, fun and family friendly. We highly recommend staying here, and hope that we'll have the opportunity to return throughout the upcoming years!Recommended for: People with disabilities, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

We booked this unit for spring break at the last minute and were so wonderfully pleased with it. It has all new floors, carpets and living room furniture. The view of the bay is beautiful and is in a quiet part of Sandestin. We took along our family pet and enjoyed walking her around Sandestin. The unit was spacious and perfect for our family.Recommended for: Sightseeing, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with young children.

About the owner: Woof. I love going to Sandestin with my family. Many of the restaurants in Baytowne Wharf are pet-friendly for outside seating. Some even have doggie menus.

I purchased this property because of the view. I've vacationed in Sandestin for 15 years and it is the premiere resort for the beach, tennis, golf, dining, and night life.
