This was our first trip to Sanibel Island and we looked at numerous homes to rent. After speaking with James we decided that this would be our best option. We were very pleased with the rental and found James to be a very attentive owner. The house is 3 bedrooms and a short bike ride from the beach and restaurants. There is a private pool, heated spa, and a lanai. James was nice enough to provide us with bikes for our stay as well. The neighborhood was quiet and very nice. We couldn't have been more pleased with the experience. I would highly recommend this as a vacation rental home to anyone looking for a rental on Sanibel Island.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, tourists without a car, families with teenagers, families with young children, sightseeing.

About the owner: 1121 Skiff Place was our Sanibel Vacation Home for 7 years, when we moved to our full time residence on Sanibel.
