This carefully crafted home, in the heart of Santa Fe, features traditional pueblo style architectural detailing with a kiva fireplace in both the living room and bedroom, Talavera tile kitchen and baths, viga beams in the ceilings, smooth plaster walls, and brick, wood and saltillo tile floors.
A winding flagstone walkway through beautifully landscaped grounds leads to your private gated entrance and adobe walled yard space.
The spacious, light filled, living room of this casita is elegantly and comfortably furnished including a sofa bed, kiva style fireplace, flat-screen television with cable channels, and a stereo system with ipod dock. Complimentary winter firewood is stacked right at the door.
A fully equipped country kitchen has everything you need - china, cookware, glassware, utensils, and coffeemaker, with complimentary Starbuck's coffee for the first morning, as well as all paper goods, and cleaning supplies.
The bedroom features a Kiva fireplace, and a comfortable queen bed, with high thread count cozy linens, for quiet restful slumber. Thick adobe walls, and the peaceful location, tucked in an older residential neighborhood, create a ambiance of serenitity.
The Talavera tiled master bath has a tub/shower combination, and the second full bathroom, a walk in shower. Plush towels, soaps, and a hairdryer are provided for your convenience.
Outdoor living space is an essential part of Santa Fe architecutre, and the patio, with a Weber gas grill and comfortable outdoor furntiure, faces the Jemez Mountains to the west, for views of our breathtaking Southwest sunsets, overlooking downtown city lights - especially gorgeous during the holiday season when Santa Fe is aglow with farolitos.

That is exactly how I feel every time I am fortunate enough to stay at this wonderful compound. All the aminities, comfort and charm one could want. Just a nice walk to the square, but plenty quiet. The gals that run Campanilla are knowledgeable and super friendly. The fireplaces, patios and porches are a real treat. I could go on, but then everyone will want to stay there! :)Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing.

My husband and I spent two nights at Campanilla in unit #1 and it was fabulous!! The decor was beautiful and they thought of everything! We won't stay anywhere else in Santa Fe from now on. I can't recommend it highly enough! Marilyn and Kelly were incredibly accommodating and kind! Our casita had three porches and two fireplaces and every amenity we could need or want!!Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing.

This was my 13th visit to New Mexico, and I just wish I knew about Campanilla Compound for the first 12 visits. It's a lovely place--beautiful property, extremely well provisioned, quiet location and yet just blocks from the center of Sante Fe. The management of the property--Marilyn and Kelly--are top notch, friendly and extremely customer focused. I am already looking forward to my second stay here.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

My wife and I stayed in a 1 BR unit along with our 3 year old and it was perfect. The location is fantastic and the unit was clean, comfortable and has everything you need. You can walk to the Plaza, Canyon Road, etc. The ski resort is only 15 miles up the road and 10,000 Waves about 4 miles. The kitchen is great- we went to Albertson's/Whole Foods on the first day and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. The sleeper sofa was great for our toddler but I'd recommend a 2 BR if you have older kids. Everything is exactly as it should be but Marilyn and her team are what really earns Campanilla a 5 star review. We will absolutely be back-Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.
