About the owner: Our family spends the year between Finca Mirdor in Costa Rica and Cottage Kanatagree on Martha's Vineyard.
Why the Owner Chose Playa del Coco:
We purchased this property because of its privacy and tropical setting. Security is important to us. Finca Mirador is located within the gated Lomas del Mar eco community and is protected by a security force. Being near an international airport and modern hospital are important. We are 25 minutes from the Liberia International Airport and 20 minutes from a U.S. style hospital. Finally, we wanted to be located minutes (by walking) to beaches, fishing, zip lining, horse back riding and snorkeling.
The Unique Benefits at this Villa:
Privacy, privacy and privacy. You will not be rubbing elbows with neighbors. The house is luxurious with all the appointments and is maintained by a ready available staff.
