Welcome to our beautiful second home which our family enjoys using a few times each year. No expense was spared when decorating, you will enjoy it as much as we do! Immaculate slate flooring throughout, designer overhead track lighting in the kitchen and living room.
You have all the amenities of your own home...gas fireplace (at the flick of a switch-no mess), 2 car garage washer/dryer, ample room to store your skis/mountain bikes, free WIFI and large screen LCD with DIRECTV.
The master bedroom has a very comfortable queen bed, the 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds that convert to a king. The living room also has a queen sized sleeper sofa. The kitchen with granite counters is fully outfitted with everything you may need. Just bring your personal items and groceries and you are ready to enjoy all the great activities in Park City all year long! Single floor location, no one above you, no one below you. Nice and quiet!
Beautiful mountain views of Utah Olympic Park are right out the balcony. Deer Valley, Park City and The Canyons ski resorts all within 15 minutes! Within a short walk from our condo is the FREE shuttle to the entire Park City area, including stops at each of the local ski resorts. Some guests do not even rent a car during your stay!
We are part of the Redstrone shopping and entertainment district; just a short walk to...Starbucks, Redstone 8 movie theatre, upscale bowling alley, Cold Stone, Whole Foods, Best Buy, plus many great restaurants, pubs and shopping. Ski/snow board and bike rental all within walking distance.
Situated in the Wasatch Mountain Range; Park City offers so many activities to do throughout the year. Hiking, biking, world class snow skiing and boarding, arts and cultural events, premium and outlet shopping (Tanger outlet mall) and fantastic restaurants restaurants make this area an ideal vacation spot all year long. My family and I stayed at this high quality Park City condo last week! One of the NICEST experiences of all properties we've stayed at through VRBO, EVER. Luxurious from top to bottom; excellent location to both shopping and ski runs in Deer Valley, Park City proper, and The Canyons. The owner is the kindest and most professional person to deal with; is available on his private line with any questions or concerns you might have! Would we stay here again? YES, without question!!! Thanks so much Walter!!! You made our Park City experience the best ever.Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, sightseeing.

This is a great location and beautiful condo, professionally interior designed. As a bonus we have Included the cleaning fee with your condo rental...no additional cost as common with most other rentals. Just bring your personal items and groceries and you are ready to enjoy all the great activities in Park City all year long! Single floor location, no one above you, no one below you. Nice and quiet! During the warm weather months, we open the windows and have a nice breeze through the entire condo. The 2 car garage is large enough for both vehicles AND plenty of storage for your personal items such as skiis, mountain bikes, etc. A garage remote is supplied for use during your stay. With the garage it is so nice to wake up and not have to clear the snow off your vehicle after a late night snowfall. Simply climb in your car and go! We have supplied a nice bench in the garage so you can comfortably sit, take off the dirty shoes or boots, leave them there then head on into the condo to relax.
