This completely and authentically restored Cape Cod styled colonial home is available year-round. Surrounded by thousands of uninhabited acres, property is secluded, yet easily accessible, located on quiet country road with the closest neighbor a half mile away, but just a few miles from Route 110 and the typically Vermont small town of Washington.

This vacation home is complete with wide plank flooring, original beamed ceilings, and includes two bedrooms, living room with fieldstone fireplace, den, new kitchen and full bath,new half bath and large flagstone patio. Property includes its own private spring-fed pond ideal for swimming and ice skating.

Maple hedgerows, picturesque meadows and nearby woodlands create an impressive fall foliage display, with magnificent views to the North. Far from the maddening crowd, the area is ideal for hiking, picnicking and is exceptionally well suited for cross country skiing. Horseback riding, fishing, golf, downhill skiing, quaint country auctions and specialty shops are all within easy driving distance. Has been the site for several weddings and numerous honeymooners.
