Enjoy a great view of the Santa Rita Mountains with wonderful sunrises and sunsets. This beautiful smoke and pet-free home, located in beautiful Encanto Estates, has been completely refurbished. Decorated in a Southwest/Central America theme. The home is located at 1045 West Calle Del Vencejo.
New tile flooring, new paint throughout. New fixtures, living room, dining, and bedroom furniture. New tile-covered patio. Spacious, attached, two-car garage with storage cabinets. The washer and dryer are located in the garage. A work bench with stool is located in the garage for those craft projects.
The two large bedrooms are located at opposite ends, separated by two large bathrooms. This floor plan provides great privacy.
Adjacent to the kitchen, is a breakfast nook with a round table and four chairs.
Enconta Estates is an age (55 plus) restricted community. At least one occupant has to be 55 years old to rent the home.
The weather is ideal. Warm and sunny in the winter and an interesting monsoon season in the summer.

Why the Owner Chose Encanto Estates
The home was willed to me, Kendra Kuehn and my brother Kent Erickson. We completely refurbished the home with new furnishings, appliances, flooring and paint. After that we decided to offer it as a vacation home and have received many favorable comments from guests.

We are retired and moved to Green Valley in 2002 from the Seattle area. Our home is about a mile from the rental property. We travel in the summer time and enjoy the Arizona the rest of the year.

We have used VRBO several times and have always been satisfied. However, this townhouse is truely home away from home. The best we have ever rented. The owners live close by so if something goes wrong they are handy. It is a quiet neighborhood on a dead end street, so the traffic is minimal. We plan to be back again

I have rented a number of houses listed in VRBO, and this one was the most completely furnished one I have ever rented. The owners have thought of everything you might want or need in a rental home, especially in the kitchen, and they were particularly helpful in recommending restaurants and attractions. The location is ideal for exploring southeastern Arizona and is particularly close to Madera Canyon. Close to one of the many recreational centers.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, age 55+.

My wife and I stayed as guests of Bernie & Kendra for the month of November 2010. We rented their townhouse at 1045 West Calle Del Vencejo in Encanto Estates. To say we were pleased would be an understatement. Bernie's hospitality and the accommodations were everything you would hope for and more. The attention to details that make a stay comfortable, relaxing and worry-free were without fault and we are looking forward to our next visit(we have already committed to renting next November and half of December).
Recommended for:Age 55+.

Listing description accurate as to location; listing photos accurately reflected appearance/amenities; property was clean and well-maintained; owners helpful in answering questions/concerns and in responding to needs, maintenance. Only compromise was the double bed in guest room; not often accommodating for guests. We have recommended this property to friends. We seldom dined out; preferred cooking own meals in the home. In 2010 the Casino had great, half-price luncheon specials of salads or sandwichs. We always enjoyed the GVR recreation, hobby and golf facilities and the nearby communities and historical sites. Appreciated the OLLI courses available in GV through University of Arizona at Tucson. That city has good theatre, fine dining and shopping - just 23 miles to the north.

We rented this home for the months of January thru March in 2005 and 2006. We are moving into a new home or we would have rented for 2007 as well. The home is as advertised, newly decorated and furnished, well supplied, and very comfortable.It has a very private rear patio that offers great mountain, sunset and arroyo views. The arroyo harbors deer, many birds and other wildlife which is a pleasure to observe. The back yard is also a very nice location to enjoy the night skies. We used our computerized telescope on many occasions as the dark nights provide great views. It's a perfect location for peace and tranquility and we will miss that.The home is very conveniently located in a nice neighborhood on a street with local traffic only. We moved here from Oregon in July and stayed in this beautiful home through October while we shopped for our own home here in Green Valley. The furnishings and decor are unbelievable and every detail for the comfort of the guest has been taken care of. We also had the pleasure of enjoying some very awesome sunsets from the rear patio and the mountain views were incredible! We highly recommend this vacation home.....you will not be disappointed.
