Enjoy a great view of the Santa Rita Mountains with beautiful sunrises and sunsets. This beautiful smoke and pet-free home, located in beautiful Encanto Estates, has been completely refurbished. Decorated in a Southwest/Central America theme.
New tile flooring, new paint throughout. New fixtures, living room, dining, and bedroom furniture. New tile-covered patio. Spacious, attached, two-car garage with storage cabinets. The washer and dryer are located in the garage. A workbench with stool is located in the garage for those craft projects.
The two large bedrooms are located at opposite ends, separated by two large bathrooms. This floor plan provides great privacy.
Adjacent to the kitchen, is a breakfast nook with a round table and four chairs.
The home is clean and serviceable on arrival. Please leave the home as clean as you found it on departure. If not, a $100 cleaning fee will be deducted from the damage/cleaning deposit.
The candles are a decorator item. If you use them, please replace them or get charged against your damage/cleaning deposit.
Enconta Estates is an age (55 plus) restricted community. At least one occupant has to be 55 years old to rent the home.
The weather is ideal. Warm and sunny in the winter and interesting monsoon season in the summer.
