This spacious, private entry, upper floor villa offers 1148 square feet of living space in addition to 224 square feet of lanai space. The lanai has 2 retractable awnings that cover the length of the lanai. Open up the sliding master bedroom door and the living room door onto the beautiful lanai for an awesome ocean view and sunset. Enjoy dining and lounging outside with shade and cover from the warm showers.
This villa offers a fully-equipped kitchen, dining area, vaulted ceilings, and ceiling fans. Villa sleeps up to six and has two bedrooms (master has king bed and 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds) ,two full baths, and a queen sleeper sofa in living area. Villa has two separate lock-out entries. One front door opens to master suite (with microwave, mini refrigerator, and coffee maker) and other door opens to main living space. Open the front doors, securely lock the rod iron doors from the inside, and enjoy a lush tropical breeze all day and night! Also, bring your Laptop for High Speed Internet Access!
