  I'm so glad we stayed at the Green Elf Lodge to spend mothers day along with my kids and grandkids. The cabin was wonderful, very clean and well equipped. It was great that the cabin had a high chair, portable swing, baby gate and lots of toys! It was so nice not to worry about packing those baby things. :o) While the kids went hiking, I got to enjoy a nice walk around the neighborhood breathing the fresh air and enjoying the beautiful trees and nature. The whole family had a wonderful vacation! Thank you Patricia and Lawrence. We will definitely be back!

  The cabin was in a great location; very close to Bear Mountain. The cabin was exactly as described very nice, cozy and very clean (the master bed was also very comfortable with plenty of blankets everywhere) it was perfect for us! The owner and staff were extremely responsive; I sent the owner a txt about the location of towels and in less than 10 minutes the clleaning staff (Reina) was there not only with extra towels but also showed me where the others were. Reina was super nice and gave us a few tips about the area. Keep in mind that the altitude causes the water to warm up at a much slower pace so if u plan on using the jacuzzi, set the temperature with plenty of time. I would reccomemend thi cabin to any small family heading to Bif Bear. Thanks for the rental!!

  Super close to Big Bear Mountain ski resorts. Very happy with this place, we enjoyed the hot tub, cooking in the new kitchen. Plenty of room for a family, two large rooms on the second floor. The house was neat clean and well cared for. Located in a great neighborhood, only a block from the National forest. A very cozy place that can also be socially inviting with the hot tub and outdoor deck. We didn't barbecue but will defiantly keep it in mind for the next trip. Patricia was also very helpful in the process. She sent us info on the parking (2 spaces), the wifi and other important details. Excellent experience! Will be staying again and would recommend to anyone visiting.

  Green Elf was wonderful and accommodating. The kitchen was spacious enough for us to cool a nice dinner. The cabin was very clean and Reyna was helpful in removing the snow from the driveway. Also loved the fireplace!!! Thank you for having us, and we would like to know if you managed cabins larger so we can invite mow friends. We will definitely be renting again.

  Fantastic! Well taken care of. Down the street from Bear Mt. Beautifully decorated. Everything supplied but food:-)). Excellent instructions and information of things to prepare for before trip to Big Bear. I would go there again. Reasonably priced and well worth it. Great wi fi

  This was our first visit to Big Bear, and we were so pleased with the Green Elf Lodge. The cabin is cozy and comfortable with a great fireplace and an awesome outdoor spa! It was perfect for us traveling with a one-year-old because they had a pack-n-play, high chair, baby gate, and a few toys, so we really didn't have to worry about traveling with all of that extra baby stuff. Big benefit there!

  Thanks for allowing us to share our new years celebration at your cabin. It was perfect. The awesome location allowed us to walk to bear mtn and spend the day snowboarding/hanging at the lodge. The jacuzzi was perfect after a day on the slopes. Lots of snow outside plus a nice cozy cabin with the fire roaring inside made it a no-brainer. We will definitely be back next year!

  Awesome cabin...plenty of room for 5, with all the amenities you'll need for your stay. We were only a few blocks from the ski resort (within walking distance) which was really nice. The owners (Patricia & Lawence) were right on top of things from beginning to end, had the cabin ready to go the day we arrived, and even followed-up to make sure we had a pleasant stay. We have no reservations giving this property a "5" and would highly recommend The Green Elf Lodge. "
