Classic New England lakehouse on Governor's Island with 256 feet of waterfront on Winnipesaukee. This spacious home will make the perfect getaway for a larger group. The main level has a lovely master suite with a gas fireplace, flat screen tv, and sunroom. From the great room on this level enjoy gorgeous views and plenty of room for relaxing. There is an eat-in kitchen which opens onto a deck with gas grill. The other bedrooms are on the upper level; one with a full bed, one with a queen, one with two twins, two with one twin each, and a room with a crib. There is a game room over the garage with a ping pong/foosball table, large screen 60' TV and one twin bed with trundle. There is additional sleeping on a queen sleep sofa in the living room. Take a break on the deck, in a rocking chair on the covered porch, or play lawn games in the large yard. There is a boat house with a slip for a 36 ft boat, dock with stairs into the water, and small sandy beach. Pets are allowed with prior approval and an additional $100/pet fee. This home has a nice private feel, but is just minutes from fun area activities for the whole group to enjoy!
