Our updated Leonardo Arms condo is a spacious 2 bedroom/2 bathroom beach home. The decor is absolutely beautiful, making you feel like you are truly at a beach home. Enjoy from your lanai Gulf of Mexico and beach views. Leonardo Arms Beach Club Condominiums are directly on the Gulf of Mexico. Our property has wireless internet and covered parking (a reserved spot for you). Our condo was beautifully renovated recently with high quality granite counter tops
and solid maple cabinetry throughout kitchen and both bathrooms. New marble, porcelain and ceramic tile flooring, as well as new carpeting, paint and air conditioning. Fully equipped kitchen with all new appliances, including top-mounted glass top stove, built-in microwave, dishwasher, disposal, coffee maker, toaster, blender and breakfast bar. Living room has a microfiber queen size sofa bed, an entertainment center with a Sony TV with cable, and a DVD/VCR. Master bedroom has a memory foam king size bed, an entertainment center with a Sony TV/DVD player with cable. Master bathroom has a tub/shower, granite/maple sink area, travertine marble floor and a blow dryer. Master bedroom closet has ironing board with iron, vacuum cleaner, beach chairs, beach umbrella, pool and beach toys, pull out couch linens. Linens and towels provided in separate smaller linen/towel closet in master bedroom. Second bedroom has two twin beds and walk-in closet. Second bathroom has a shower and a granite/maple sink area, ceramic tile floor. Lanai with NW rear exposure partially shaded in the afternoon so you can enjoy the gulf view anytime of the day. Tenant may have up to four overnight guests occasionally. Maximum occupancy is six people.
