This location offers magnificent views of the waterway, Mount Tallac and the Heavenly Valley Ski area. The living area is upstairs with an open kitchen and living room. In the living room is a large white leather couch, wood stove, TV, stereo/CD system, and access to a large deck overlooking the waterway. The master suite has a king-size bed, chase lounge, TV, and a jacuzzi jetted tub in the master bath.
The two bedrooms downstairs have queen-size beds. Sofabeds are in the living room and the family room. This house is very unique as it does not have any square rooms and offers spectacular views out most windows. The home also utilizes a two-story atrium glass window, taking advantage of magnificent views of Mount Tallac. Enjoy the many amenities including a private boat dock. You will have access to an Olympic-size heated indoor pool and spa, gym, also in the summer, you can enjoy the private beach, seven tennis courts, and outdoor pool.
