About the owner: I am a legatee von KSS in 1969 Born in Germany, grown-up in Austria:Semmering and Netherlands: The Hague and Germany: Duisburg at the Rhine-river (with its biggest harbour inside of a country in the world). Certified merchant. With ancestors as Sorben from West-Prussia, further from Greece, Italy, America and of course Germany. Living since 1966 in Lugano-Castagnola, one of the most beauftiful small cities of Europe and called also miniature- Rio de Janeiro because of its 2 mountains and see like in R.d.J., but with the advantage of the Swiss sovereignty.
Why the Owner Chose Lugano:

a lot of work and money.
