This four-bedroom, three-bath home has over 3200 square feet and is situated on a double cul-de-sac lot on a 100-acre, spring-fed lake. It has separate living and dining area as well as large den with fireplace. It has a separate game room with seating for eight overlooking the lake and a state-of-the-art movie theatre with a brand-new, 55-inch, high-definition Mitsubishi TV. It also has all new appliances and a new, five-person, hydro-therapy spa as well. The spa is situated on the second deck under the stars and overlooking the lake.
We have also provided a two-person canoe for paddling around the lake or for fishing(upon request). The lake record for large mouth bass is over 15 pounds. The home is on a well, we do not recommend washing white clothing.
