              High Season, May-Sept $300-$500 per night depending on the number of guests
Low Season: Oct-Apr $200-$400 per night depending on the number of guests
Holiday weeks including USAFA Graduation, Fourth of July, Thanksgiving, Christmas 
USAFA Parent's Week, Memorial Day, Labor Day, etc. are $3500-$5000 per week
depending on the number of guests.  No weddings or wedding receptions are allowed.
Only 16 people of five unrelated families staying overnight per city code.
