Our family of 6 stayed here for 3 nights in January of 2013. The condo is well equipped for a comfortable stay for a romantic getaway or for a family with children. There were very comfortable sleeping arrangements for the 6 of us: 2 couples and 2 boys, who slept in separate areas. It seems that the owners have thought of every detail that you would expect and more for the convenience. The white pass is only 20 min away, and the savings in lodging costs are incredible. The manager - Nancy is extremely helpful in answering questions, giving helpful tips, etc. We loved the cabin and will visit it again in the future. We would certainly recommend this cabin to anyone without hesitation. Thank you very much for such a wonderful experience.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers, age 55+, sightseeing.

Our stay was awesome, home away from home. The condo felt very "homey", comfy, with all the modern amenities. The kitchen had everything we needed, even more. It was clean, nice, modern. The only thing we were missing was cable of dish network for the news. Also, wish there was an internet service. We stayed here on 2 different occasions, once for 10 days and once for 3 day weekend. The 3 day weekend was short enough to do without the TV and internet but during the longer stay we missed the news. Otherwise, no problem, super great place, would go back in a heartbeat if we weren't moving out of state.Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, age 55+.

Our family stayed here for 10 days over the Christmas - New Year Holiday. Renting this place is easy; Nancy answers emails quickly and gets back to you back when promised. When we arrived the place was clean and ready to go. Everything is there for you to use like towels, plates, pots and so on. We didn't have any trouble finding kitchen utensils to cook all of our meals during our stay. The propane fire place was great it gives you the same effect as a wood burning one without the bother of starting the fire. Our only complaint was there is no telephone and no cell service in the area in case of an emergency, but it is kind of nice to be "cut off" from the rest of the world for a few days. Overall, we enjoyed our stay immensely and would recommend this awesome condo to anyone looking for a place to stay in Packwood.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, sightseeing.

Our family stayed over New Year's and we already booked a return visit. The location is perfect for skiing - we hadn't skiied White Pass before and this condo is one of the closest residential areas to the pass - now that we have been, I wouldn't want to stay any further into town. The condo is an end unit, facing a cul-de-sac; I think it's the most private unit in the complex. Even has a small patch of grass and a community park nearby. The unit has been recently renovated - everything was comfortably new and clean; I have allergies and didn't have any problems at all. The loft area and round couch was a huge hit with the kids. Be advised there's no wi-fi, but our Verizon connections worked great. Had great burgers and old fashioned milkshakes at Cliff Droppers - would skip the pizza place next time and go back here instead.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, pet owners, girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, age 55+.

My husband and I stayed at this condo over the Thanksgiving holiday and it was just great. The home is decorated very cute and cozy with all the comforts of home. The kitchen is beautiful and we were able to cook our Thanksgiving dinner. Nancy was a delight to work with and we plan on coming back. We try to come to Packwood a few times a year and this place is one that we will certainly rent again!Recommended for: Romantic getaway, pet owners, girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, sightseeing.
